New clouds for air battles
In War Thunder update 1.89 “"Imperial Navy” we are improving the clouds in aircraft battles at high graphical settings.
Hello everyone!
We are getting ready for War Thunder update 1.89 “Imperial Navy” - it will be introduced very soon. Today we want to show you how clouds will change in aircraft or helicopter battles at the graphical settings “Movie” and “Max”. Technically, our developers have been able to increase the integration steps for clouds rendering by 4 times whilst avoiding visible FPS changes.
New clouds for air battles will appear in the game with update 1.89 “Imperial Navy”. To see the new clouds, you have to switch graphical settings to “Movie” or “Maximum”, or have SSAO enabled to maximum.

This is a nice graphical change, but there is one thing I really want. I am able to play the game on max graphics and it looks amazing but what annoys me the most is how when I'm not near (and it doesn't have to be far) friendly/enemy vehicles some of their animations like radar dish turning or deploying flares do not play at 60 fps, its like around 10 and its REALLLY annoying. Is there going to be a fix for this?
What about the clouds that make the entire screen white? Will those be fixed?
Sounds like a bug and I never had that. Make a bug report if there isn't one for that already.
is the type 16 coming in this patch? also if it started production in 2015 then why can't the type 10 be added it would not be op just a regular two new tanks also the type 16 has made the date of when the tank was made irrevelant
Because the Type 16 has no secret armor values. It's just some metal, because it's and IFV. And for the ammo well i don't know how. Maybe they are gonna use the DM23 for it??

Still looks like a game from 2009. I like this game dont get me wrong Im just not a person who would lie just for its own good. You must make everything better in the game not just the clouds. Btw like i said its still looks like a 10 years old game.
it is from 2013,with an engine from 2005 or before that has been improved with the years, they cant do magic, and what they can do they are doing it

Looks great! Will be there a option/slider to enable them on high? Also did you fix problem with enemy planes visible as dots through clouds at distance?
Will the Prandtl-Glauert Singularity also be improved?
