You need to revise your sentence, the "top tier MBT" is wrong in sense that T-62 was far from top-tier, it was a "mobilization tank" aka tank that would be fast, cheap and easy to produce in the case of a war with NATO. Never in the course of it's entire service was T-62 regarded as top-tier, that was always either T-64 and later T-80.
Next patch. Gaijin has mentioned that top tier MBT will come next patch, which should include Leopard 1A1, M60A1 and maybe stuff like T-62
Will every country get new camouflages for GF or just the USSR ???
Well, Germany, UK, and USA all have a massive amount of generic camos which can be unlocked and applied to all vehicles, Russians are the only ones who don't so I'd say it makes sense
F7UCutlass, Germany is camo poor in the lower teirs. They need at least DAK camo for tier 1 and 2 tanks so they can be competitive on desert maps.
