Hey remember that time they added 30+ Italian tanks and like 3 supersonic jets so naturally they named the update "Supersonic"? Well this time they added 30+ Chinese vehicles (copy/paste whatever) made the promo art about the Mig-21 and F-4 Phantom named it "Night Vision" and forgot to make the art in "night vision" green tones. Makes sense to me. I'm eagerly looking forward to the next update when they add 30+ Swedish tanks and 3 submarines and name the update "Improved Client Stability".
Sarcasm aside, I'm actually pretty pleased with this update though.
So,F-4E/F for German when?
Turns out the f4 is not as good as it appeared on the dev server and gaijin is not interested into listening #decompress the Br
Thanks Gaijin for your work with this update.Sound is amazing very realistic, tone mapping system is awesome. For players who say with this update have fps drops i say with this update no fps drops is simple activate vsync and the game runs perfect with stable 60fps.I don't understand why some players are obsessed to see 100 fps all the time because stable 60 fps is enough. Before this update yes the game have fps drops in some circumstances but now runs perfect.
I have a good laugh when I read so many complaints, coming from people who obviously have very fast internet downloads. That's because I'm in the Philippines. I started my download on Wednesday, after my internet provider finally restored services after 1.5 days with no service. My PC has been on all the time since then. I'll be lucky to be able to play before the weekend. The Philippines has the 2nd slowest average download speed in the world. If I get 50 fps I'm lucky. 500 KB/s is very rare!
Anyone who, like me, started playing video games when Pong, Space Invaders and Missile Command first came out, and you had to go to an arcade with a pocket full of coins to play, knows just how amazing games like War Thunder are, and how far the games industry has come since then. I can't judge this update yet, but overall I've enjoyed War Thunder since finding it about 1.5 years ago. Good work, Gaijin! Nothing is perfect. Some people seem to play to pick nits. They seem to keep playing though!
C6H2_NO2_3CH3, Yes, curse those nitpickers with their totally not legitimate complaints. Because the game totally isn't broken and your totally not an idiot ignorant fanboi.
Cool update not gonna lie, BUT what are new jets doing at 10.0? Man they're gonna be facing Mig-17s and F-86s I think mean c'mon do those jets have any chance against mach 2 capable F-4 and Mig-21?
PS4 players still have no access to the new packs in store. Very disapointing.......
Dropped the Ball completely Gaijin
I really love the new sound engine for this update. Was in custom battles with my friends and all of us were just trying out all the new sounds and having soundgasms
Looks nice, too bad the update servers are so slow.
