Ni hao, dear friends!
We’re pleased to announce a new nation making their entry into War Thunder update 1.91 - China! One of the oldest civilizations in the world, with a rich and dramatic historical background, especially during the 20th century.
The initial line-up of Chinese vehicles available in War Thunder features tanks, fighter aircraft and bombers which were used during World World II and shortly thereafter, and will show just how turbulent the history of the country’s military in the 20th century was. Players will be able to pilot aircraft employed by foreign volunteers from the Flying Tigers regiment which helped China fight against Imperial Japan, make use of captured Japanese vehicles, and command military imports from the USSR, as well as local variants of Soviet MiG jets and American Patton tanks (which formed part of China’s military).
Each vehicle in War Thunder’s initial Chinese vehicle tree was historically used by the nation of China at some point. The Henschel Hs 123A-1, for example, was imported by the Chinese Nationalist forces from Germany, and was used against the Imperial Japanese Navy during battles at the Yangtze river.
Immediately after the release of update 1.91 “Night Vision”, all players will gain access to an initial selection of Chinese ground-force vehicles and aircraft.
Players who wish to gain access to the entire Chinese tech tree as fast as possible can do so by fulfilling a series of in-game tasks in War Thunder, or by purchasing one of the Chinese pre-order packs that include a premium vehicle, in-game currency, premium account time, and cosmetic items. One of the packs will grant access to the aircraft tech tree, and the other one will open the ground vehicles tech tree.

No, Please.
THIS USSR TANK AND PLAN NO CHINA
Oh nice a whole new tech tree BUT THE BF 109 E-4 STILL DOESNT HAVE A PROPER COCKPIT EVEN AFTER 4 YEARS
I see Gaijin finally want some of that China cash heheheheheh. Dont know why players are so angry. I am just surprised it took this long before they did it. As a lot a players say: "If you dont like the nation dont play it." I was hoping for something more exotic then this but they have time to change. Why is it the T34/85 name and not the Type 58 name?
I mean I understand that the Chinese tech tree haves many already existing vehicles in its tech tree and that the new update might not fix some important bugs or rebalancing issues but I still like the Chinese tech tree because of some historic symbolism like the I-15 or the t-26 fighting in the second Sino-Japanese war and because they have some very interesting and new vehicles like the Q-5 (personal favorite), CW-11, and PGZ88 as a few examples.
Finally, after long waiting, please release it as soon as possible. Can't wait for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I see ZTZ96, ZTZ99 and ZTZ99A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hold up, what am i seeing at 2nd row SPGs, an american reserve tank with ZIS gun..... i just bought this in Gaijin market for 20 over at the american side.....
by introducing the Chinese, it seem gaijin is at an attempt to find a new playerbase, and logically so, China spend a huge amount of money on entertainment, a good movie in China can yield a good 350M$, so i would imagine they would try to attract patriotic Chinese players into the game and sap their money. but all they would get is hackers and cheaters, Ask anyone who plays at a Chinese server, from RDR2 to BF1.
not all the Chinese players is hack .we also hate them .
Well done.
