The Meteor family
Recently we made a video on the first ever production jet fighter, the iconic German Me. 262. It’s hard to overstate the importance of that aircraft… but just a few months into its service, it already had a proper rival. In July 1944, the Royal Air Force were already using the Gloster Meteor — subsequently the only jet aircraft on the Allied side that saw actual use in combat during the war. The story of the development of this aircraft is just as spectacular.

if gaijin will add the type 10 to balance the leo 2a6 i will quite literally drink water i aint even joking
Flint Michigan for Type 10?
they could add Type-10, Type 99A but it wont generate nearly as much many as new Leo or T-90 will sooo... they better get their priorities straight
Wait a minute this isn´t the T90A dovbleg
Luckily, you are not blind.
Love this aircraft.
Would love to see Meteor F.1, Trent turboprop. A Meteor F.1 modified to have 2x turboprop engines. Would also like to see Gloster E.28/39(Whittle/Pioneer) I know it only had provision for 4x 7.7's. But i still want to see it in game as a GE/Event aircraft one day.
100% agree, I'd love to see the trent turboprop version (see my comment above). I'd also love to see the E.28/39 (probably at rank III/4.7br). Both of these if added would really only make sense as event vehicles though since they were very rare one-off aircraft.
A trent meteor would be an awesome premium or event vehicle, hell yeah.
haha meteor go whoosh!
Meteor Mk.3 and Sea Meteor rips their wings off at just 850 km/h, lower than many prop aircrafts even and far less than their opponents top speed, which can safely just fly away from them. Sea Meteor can even achieve this speed just in level flight thanks to its upgraded engines and rip its wings off just like that... The numbers just don't seem realistic at all...
850KPH or 850 knots or 850 MPH?
so i looked at the new carrier pictures and i saw buccaneer and yak 38 are they going to be added or they just there for looks
