Special: The Panther Family
Attention! Outdated news format. Content may not display correctly.
The Panzerkampfwagen V Panther is a legendary WW2 era German medium tank. All major production models of the Panther family are present in our game. The chassis of the Panther was used to build quite a few combat vehicles of other types, many of which can also be found in War Thunder… But let’s start from the very beginning!
We invite youtubers and streamers to cooperate and offer support depending on the quantity and popularity of your content. More information: https://warthunder.com/en/media/partnership/

"lets give every allied nation a panther in the sim lineups without markers" i like the panther but in sim mode its just insane with all the captured vehicles nowadays... :(
May I remind you Germany has the largest amount of captured vehicles out of all nations? And let's not forget that every nation is filled with Shermans or lend-lease American vehicles either!
xenoniuss, That has nothing to do with what he is saying. In Sim battles with no markers of friendlies and FF on you kinda need to rely on the fact that you are one side and they are the other side. When you give the other side tanks that look just like your side stuff gets fucky.
Great video. but you forgot the panther II.
It's my favorite
Panther A is best panther for Germany hands down unless we include the panther II... both very potent at their BRs
So we have Tigers and Panthers, a Mouse (albeit a very large one) there are many that are named after animals of speed and grace, and yet, they were slow and cumbersone and slow to fire, kind of defeats the names they are given? Did the Germans make any other big cats? Cheetahs? Lions? ect?
Yeah they did... the Sd.Kfz.234/2 is known as the "Puma", which of course is native to the Americas and also known as "Mountain Lion" or "Cougar". The Italians also had the P40 "G.C.Leoncello". "Leoncello" translates as "Little Lion". The Americans had the M18 "Hellcat". There are many cats...
C6H2_NO2_3CH3, Thats so interesting, I bet those cats were fast and agile? I find it also funny that the German Cats were slow in all aspects, but maybe big hitters. Cheers bud.
what about the PANTHER II?
Second! Pls sell the Ersatz M10 again!!! :)
The Ersats M10 was never sold for money. It was a part of a event.

Pls make a more historically accurate Panther 2. With 75 mm gun. Like it was going to have IRL. Just copy past the turret and gun from Panther F. On to a copy past Panther 2 chassis. And how about Bergepanther Ausf D with 37mm Flak 36? Could be a nice event/GE vehicle. Should be easy to make to. And if any one can find info on the Panther chassis with Panzer 4 turret. That shows/tells that it was a working tank. And not just bolted/welded on "dummy" turret. Pls make a suggestion on the forum :)
Panther D was my favourite its one of the originals and easy to manouver on the battlefield
It is good when you see him as a jagdpanzer due the trash tower speed.
Its so sad that a tragedy struck this lovely family. One day their little son the Panther 2 was playing with his friend the Maus were having on the playground, but then they disappeared without a trace. Eye witnesses say they last saw the children talking to a suspicious looking Snail. The forum police are still investigating this crime
*the Maus and they were having fun in the playground
fun fact, the jagdpanther sucks in war thunder
