Although there is no need to purchase shells for Golden Eagles, the value of each shot is still high and every mistake or miss can be fatal. To make sure you will not make a mistake and to improve your chances of hitting the target, use the sights and rangefinding mechanics in game, which work just like their real counterparts - and the War Thunder Wiki team will help you to understand them!

>Although there is no need to purchase shells for Golden Eagles I see what you did there gaijin. Nice one hahaha
Yet...
M3 Bradly will get radar as its targetting system? also 10x T-2 agains 6x F100 rest FJ4B and sabers is fair ? cmon
you know what? i have bought mig15bis ish. before update it was OK, and after it is total bullshit. it gets killed by everyone without bigger effort. i have played sth about 20 matches (after the 1.87) and havent kill anyone, instead i got killed everytime (most likely by mitsubishi t2 which i can see only after getting killed). pls buff, idk, add air to air rockets or radar at least, or fix it in any other way to make it playable. thx
i average 3 kills after the new update soooo....
git gud
Very informative, though I don't think I've ever gone in the negative in a match due to premium acc and premium tank bonuses.
That first sentence just made my day, Thanks gaijin for the gag. XD
length divided by what??? not sure I understood the calculation... went fast on the video
I wish you would make player be able to see the gun barrel in sniper mode. I know there is a option for it but for some reason the shell doesn't go where i aim and always gone to the right side which is weird because games like Battlefield when i zoomed in i can see the gun barrel and the shell go exactly where i aim.
it's called parallax
i hope someday wt add coincidence sights for the tanks
When I use my mouse wheel to adjust my sight's alignment, the steps are very large, like 500m at once. Is there a way to adjust this?
Check your mouse wheel multiplier in camera control via tank controls. I tried it for myself and it does about 10m increments.
Yes, right below where you can change what your mouse wheel does for tank crews, there is an option called "mouse wheel multiplier" It is defaulted to 50%, so it's just a matter of playing around with it until you get it to your preference.
"Although there is no need to purchase shells for Golden Eagles" so far.... but who knows the future... right?
Do you get the refrence?
it's a reference
How about a wiki session on enemy-finding. When I die it is usually by someone behind a barn or in a dust cloud or from a forest. It is hard to spot them. Your vids always show the enemy in obvious view. Kinda makes the game feel like it is based not on objectives or enemy killed(the should-be measure of success- some guys hide 20 minutes behind a rock) but by how good you hide.
