April 9th is traditionally observed in the Philippines as a national memorial day known as Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor). This day commemorates the fall of the Bataan Peninsula to Japanese forces in 1942. For nearly four months, the defenders of the peninsula held off enemy attacks despite being starved, short of ammunition and low on manpower. For Filipinos, their feat is a shining symbol of valor and selflessness.
In honor of this day, we’ve prepared a special video from the Moments of Valor series, as well as an exclusive bundle with premium vehicles and unique camouflages created by the War Thunder Live community.

To clarify, as I already have all the vehicles: To get all skins and titles I just need to PLAY 21 games total (3 battles for each) to get the skins, I don't need to win or get 70% battle activity?
You can get title and decal for playing battles. Camuflage are unlocked by GE.
It only applies to 3 premium ones. The rest you can just buy for GE.
How about liberation of Odessa on April 9-10, 1944? Major port city in the USSR, that also held off Nazi assault for over 3 months in 1941, before Soviet forces were ordered to withdraw to defend Sevastopol. Both cities received title of Hero City for its valor in defense against Nazis. It's about time Gaijin celebrate it.
I already have all the pack vehicles so it says it's already acquired, but when I enter the game it shows the camos for the pack vehicles are locked. Is this a bug?
Camos are available for GE. Decal and title can be unlocked if you got all the vehicles from the pack, if you play 3 battles as it's stated in the text :)

Cool Philippines got one of these a suggestion for the next one. Either middle east alot to choose from or eastern European countries was watching a bunch of stuff on them lately and would be cool cool to see either of those represented in game a bit more but that's just my personal opinion mind. Iran/Iraq war would be a cool one.
