Terms and conditions:
- You can complete the tasks in random battles (excluding “Enduring Confrontation”).
- Tasks can be completed only whilst using vehicles of ranks 3-5
- To receive one of the tanker or pilot Marks of Distinction, you will need to complete 3 of the 5 listed tasks for the appropriate vehicle type. To receive premium ground vehicles, only tanker Marks of Distinction will be counted. The same similarly applies for pilot Marks of Distinction.
- You will have 2 days to complete a set of tasks in order to achieve the respective Mark of Distinction. A new set of tasks will begin every 3rd day at 11:00 GMT.
- For your convenience, any missed Marks of Distinction can be purchased only from the Achievements tab and not from the Item shop.
- Each purchase of the “Mark of distinction” adds 5 tasks completed to the counter on the website
- You can follow your progress by clicking on your nickname → Achievements → Operation S.U.M.M.E.R.
- Camouflages and talismans from supply boxes will only count for already researched vehicles.
- The counter with the number of completed tasks will be updated once per hour.
- The prizes “community earned awards” will be given within 2 days after reaching the corresponding step.

how do i take part in that?
Just play the game with rank III or higher vehicles/planes and complete the tasks. You can check them in Achievments tab in your profile.
The British tanks are not a part of the summer event ?... why not ?
These events have had only 2 planes and 2 tanks. Maybe another time they will, like they have before.
Last ear we got premium Comet, the Iron Duke IV. You have to expect that there will always be one soviet tank because of the origin of creators, so there is only one tank space left in rewards, now it is German vehicle.
Goodafternoon! I have a question regarding this summer event, It does not give me the option anymore to buy a Mark of distinction? I this perhaps a bug on my client or is it removed or something along those lines? Either way best regards and thank you for your help in advance!

I recommend doing this only in planes (RB x4 so you need only 3 air kills to complete int). In tanks, focus on kills/wins with 70 % activity and either supporting fire (if you can play in squad) or try 2000 score (you can get it very easily using planes, but dont forget to jump back to the tank before the match ends so the result doesnt count to plane tasks.
how do you know which tasks you completed en which not?
The one you have completed will change colour + you will see 30/30 kills or 10/10 wins obviously. If you want to see detail of each task, just click on the particular achievment in the achievment tab and it will roll down and show you all 5 tasks + your progress (hover a mouse over each task to see your progress).
So how do you get the rewards? I completed the 3 tasks yesterday and i haven't gotten anything
The rewards are for multiple pilot/tank marks, not for the single mark. The tasks reset each 2 days so you have to complete them again to stack the pilot/tank marks. Those count for rewards. Read about the event once again, it is well explained.

Yes, 3 out of the 5. But those arent daily task. They reset each two days (read the achievment description).
How does the counter for wins/score work if you have a rank 2 aircraft in your lineup? does it only count if i use exclusively rank 3-5 or can I not even have it in my lineup? I have played several matched with just flying my rank 3 aircraft (rank 2 in lineup but not used) and received no credit for wins or score. What about ground kills with a rank 3 aircraft and using rank two in the match? Please spell out the conditions for completing the tasks better.
You can have rank 2 in your lineup and you can use it, but anything you do in it wont count. So if you earn 300 score in rank II plane and then 1700 score in rank III (or higher) you wont get +1 into the 2000 score task. All tasks can be completed only by using at least rank III vehicles/planes. And another major thing - it very much depends in which vehicle you end the match. You can play in rank II but you have to sit in rank III at the end to get the win counted.
i got the 3 marks done and got 1 carbine from a chest but i cant put it on my tank? ohh well hoped we got all 5 of em at once but guess we are only getting 1 every 3 marks?
Yes, if you want all of them, you have to get all 15 marks throughout the event.
