My game crashes once the game starts and I see the screen with a t-34-85 in the middle of the screen and it just crashes and I have deleted the entire game and downloaded it from this site instead of steam and it still didn't work I have downloaded it twice

the one thing i was most exited by for this update was the spitfire update and it seems not to have happened. I swear there was a devblog for it before the last big update as well. Why keep teaseing?
