Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Its great you have responded with a what I hope is a heartfelt apology. I will be closely watching to see what economic and gameplay changes you have planned(Hopefully putting the M8 greyhound in the American tech tree instead of an event vehicle as it should). As a longtime player (2015) I have high hopes. please don't let me down.
Cheers mate
a good step in the right direction, thanks for acknowledging our concerns. Can't wait to see what comes up as a result.
This is good to see. I think transparency in the coming weeks will be instrumental in earning back player trust, as a lot of players seem to view this as something to buy time. There's a lot to work on, and it obviously can't change overnight. But keeping us updated with what you're working on and the changes you're focusing on would be huge. As a player who has 2600+ hours and several hundred dollars spent, I truly hope these changes will be for the best. I'd love to continue supporting if so
Thanks for support!
A step in the right direction! I'm a relatively new player and I was surprised when I saw how expensive some vehicles were. 100K SL for a 5.0 vehicle?? Maybe this is common but I felt it was too overwhelming for me.
Hey developers, thank you for this post. It's def a step in the right direction. I've been playing War Thunder since 2015 when I was 12 years old. For most nations I'm nearing the top of the tree but, for most I am stuck on getting alot of the top tier vehicles. I can't imagine what being a new player is like in this game right now. I want to introduce this game to new people but, I feel like that would be wrong in the current state. Hopefully, with changes, War Thunder can support new players
We believe you when we see you promises fulfilled in a meaningful amount. Rn premium is necessary to progress, F2P is undoable. RP rewards need to go back up considerably. Penalty for being on the losing team needs to go away. Rewards for in game actions, removed in the past years need to come back. I get 3000~RP for 7 kills with premium time in ground RB just because my team lost? F that! 3000~ RP for an ace and more is a joke especially with premium, when we need hundreds of thousands/vehicle
As someone who has played for thousands of hours and spent thousands of dollars because I wanted to support the game through the years. This put a smile on my face, thank you. If this truly happens and makes the grind and economy more bearable I promise more people will play and feel like the game is worth it. This is the correct direction to go for the game.
So the constant in-game shenanigans by the WT staff are going to stop? Somehow, I doubt that!
This is a huge step in the right direction. I remain cautiously optimistic about the statement and will be following developments closely. As a certified whale, I am still not spending a single cent further until actual progress is shown and implemented. I am sure I may speak for some others when I say that I love this game, and have since it first released. Please treat this with the seriousness it deserves. This is your chance to ensure War Thunder reaches it's full potential.
