Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedYou should make the grind a lot more bearable, then people will actually put money into a game they enjoy, instead of forcing them to pay to progress. My suggestion is to give the player ATLEAST the right to progress without paying. Without paying, I experienced games where I made barely any profit after dropping a nuke. Gaijin, pls fix.
Well, it's a step in the right direction, now just to get up the rest of the flight of stairs.
until you show us through your work we cant really trust you. you all have done too many shite things for us to believe in you!!
A good step, understand we do not want War Thunder to end but so be it, to stop this predatory monetization practices. We know you need to make money but I've payed in hundreds of USD and like many others want some transparency. I look forward to your proposal but I like many others will I think damage has been done and going back to 2 years ago to the activity based system will not be enough.
There is a saying in Korea, too. "You should not expect a person can be changed."I'll keep an eye on you this time.
Now that Gaijin has listened, I sincerely hope that the game and the community can bounce back and stop bombing reviews and such
Gaijin, since you're looking at things: try to get more things to build community and continuity in the game. Even the monetisation - like premium time and battlepass - can be made more wholesome and better for you as well. You have a business, I respect it. Say an extra 2% RP/SL bonus for battlepasses, cumulative. 5 in a row? Bonus 10% Something like that for premium. Random offers to people who bought packs. Think of stuff that make people want to repeat the pass or premium and reward loyalty.
I am really glad that gaijin finally came to its senses and started listening to the community and their suggestions, bit late but better than never. I surely hope that something great will come out of this. (P.S.- Could we appreciate Stona_WT for actually replying to people? Never seen a mod reply to so many people here, such a chad.)
You need to visit comment section a little more often ;)
Alright you tell us you are going to look into this major issue. Alright it's hard for me considering your past track record but i'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt one last time so don't mess it up.
Idk, kinda sad that this was even necessary in the first place. So this feels more like a damage repair move, instead of a sincere apologies. Sure, it's good to know that finally something will (probably) be done, but the reason behind it doesn't feel right. I honestly hope I'm wrong and this isn't just an attempt to bring the playerbase back with nice words, only to (eventually) disappoint them again later. But no matter what happens on the 14th of June, the trust is still gone. For now :/
