In this digest we would like to tell you about our continuing work on improvements and fixes in the game. You can find information about all updates that have been released in War Thunder on the website special section.
Improved aiming in the sight
This will affect ground vehicles that have weapons mounted offset from the central axis. Previously, when you switched to such weaponry (both primary and secondary), the aiming marker might behave incorrectly when aiming at very close objects.
We have improved these mechanics and the aiming in the described situation will noticeably improve.
Correcting the lead marker
It’s hard to imagine air AB without the lead marker that tells you fairly accurately at what point to fire to hit the enemy. But when using the weaponry selector on your aircraft the marker might not take into account the ballistics of the currently selected weapon and calculate the lead point for cannons or machine guns without the selected weaponry type.
That inconvenience will now be history. The marker will accurately take the ballistics of the selected weapon type into account.
Improving the mission editor
We are not talking about custom battles or test drive. You can create full fledged PvE missions to test your vehicle in near-combat conditions!
The mission editor functionality can be found in the test drive window. The button is located at the left bottom of the window and opens up a wide range of mission settings, allies and even inexperienced pilots.
In this mode we have fixed a bug that might cause suspended weaponry to not reload in the air.
More improvements
For this digest we have prepared a large set of useful fixes and game improvements. Be sure to read the full list which we have prepared in the separate changelog - there are many interesting things.
Once again, many thanks for all your bug reports that you submitted in our bug report section on the War Thunder forums.

oooh finally Gaijin fixed something usefull oh wait they don't...
Which bug fix from the list is not useful? Like, how fixing bugs can be not useful?
Stona_WT, People say bad things about Gaijin, if they don't fix bugs. When they fix bugs people say bad things becouse WhY diDn'T YoU FiX soMeThInG UsEfuL.
that's great. i forgot, when did anyone ask for these things?
you guys ask for bug fixes all the time.. almost twice a month comes a big bugfix and yet you are still crying
LightningMcLeon, Maybe just Maybe because the bugs that got "fixed" are still in the game and happen all the time. Like getting a second reload timer on airfields when throttling up the engine early. Or still getting send into battle when you cancel the queue. both of theese were in the eary "we fixed it" posts yet happen all the time.
Battle Cancel bug still persists and its more rampant then before. Instant cancel click = instant thrust into battle. When will the economy update come, reduced overall costs for vehicles and their respective modules.
Don't listen to the whiners, the silent majority is happy that you care about the game health and work on the fixing bugs as they come.
fixing bugs .. .yeeea
okay
I don't know whats most anoying. When shells vanish on impact, when they vanish mid air or when they dont even leave the barrel. Maybe it's time to fix one of those?
Oh and sometimes they go straight through the target
hi guys I have been playing war thunder for 2 years and I wonder why the cost is so high for certain vehicles that are normal or premium. Like the Tu-4 or the B-29, He 177-A5 or Italian aircraft etc. we have a high repair cost, I don't understand the fact of costing a 45k bombers if you please could you explain the logical reason to me Thanks
No such thing as logic in this game...
Trust me, you're better off leaving this game until its considered worth playing by the veterans. You're not really getting any fun out of it compared to what it once was. Everything is broken down. Stuff doesn't work, Balance is nowhere, Logic has left years ago. Keeping their word has never really been a thing. People see how bad the game. And they instinctively want a momentary enjoyment. Which the devs tried to fullfill. It even fed them. But its time to stop. The the best and worst game evr
You won't ever fix this randomly escaping aim in Linux version, will you?
Bug report you have created on forum has been forwarded and is investigated.
Stona_WT, That's nice. I hope I could play soon without such a handicap. This is not the only big issue, though. There are, for example performance drops, that are reintroduced from time, to time. It happens mainly when something like plane crash, or fire is displayed. I would like to make many more reports, including this issue, but the upload limit mechanism makes it hard. My current limit is less than 15 MB, and it shrinks with every report. .clog files often happen to weight more than 15 MB.
ok
When you will fix bug with destroyed vehicles with marker above them!? They are even highlighted on minimap. Its pretty common now.
