In this digest we would like to tell you about our continuing work on improvements and fixes in the game. You can find information about all updates that have been released in War Thunder on the website special section.
Improved aiming in the sight
This will affect ground vehicles that have weapons mounted offset from the central axis. Previously, when you switched to such weaponry (both primary and secondary), the aiming marker might behave incorrectly when aiming at very close objects.
We have improved these mechanics and the aiming in the described situation will noticeably improve.
Correcting the lead marker
It’s hard to imagine air AB without the lead marker that tells you fairly accurately at what point to fire to hit the enemy. But when using the weaponry selector on your aircraft the marker might not take into account the ballistics of the currently selected weapon and calculate the lead point for cannons or machine guns without the selected weaponry type.
That inconvenience will now be history. The marker will accurately take the ballistics of the selected weapon type into account.
Improving the mission editor
We are not talking about custom battles or test drive. You can create full fledged PvE missions to test your vehicle in near-combat conditions!
The mission editor functionality can be found in the test drive window. The button is located at the left bottom of the window and opens up a wide range of mission settings, allies and even inexperienced pilots.
In this mode we have fixed a bug that might cause suspended weaponry to not reload in the air.
More improvements
For this digest we have prepared a large set of useful fixes and game improvements. Be sure to read the full list which we have prepared in the separate changelog - there are many interesting things.
Once again, many thanks for all your bug reports that you submitted in our bug report section on the War Thunder forums.

awesome! thanks guys, always nice to see improvements in war thunder. maybe soon the pzsfl 1C will get the fourth crew member too? I posted on the forum with an official document, but nobody has reacted to it as of yet. also, the PAKtrack is very cool indeed.
A useful feature would be allowing players the ability to select the amount of ammo they wish to carry for mixed cannon+mg armed aircraft like with ground and naval vehicles. Some weapons like the 37mm on the Cobras is inaccurate and I'd rather play game with it completely empty and rely on my .50 cals
You can simply do not use it. In controls you can set special button for different weapon.
Stona_WT, AFAIK those 37mm rounds take up a lot of weight. I'm all for this option to assign the amount of ammunition a certain gun has.
you keep breaking things when you "fix" them. now it auto-assigns desert camouflage to non-desert maps like Normandy. I can't believe I'm saying this, but please stop "fixing" things. you're making it worse. on top of this, you HAVEN'T fixed the "cancel" button. I love this game and I genuinely enjoy updates and the like- but this is getting ridiculous.
Excellent fixes, Gaijin! Really stoked WT's single-player content finally got some much needed TLC. Thank you for that! However, there are still problems with Mission Editor and the other single-player modes that need to be addressed: 1) Only the assault bomb fuse setting works. 2) Only the default camouflage is displayed for the player's plane. 3) Enemy & friendly AI behavior/functionality needs an overhaul in general, but one serious issue is that sometimes they don't go after the objec...
Very nice, when will all the constant issues with EAC get fixed? I get it, it's Easy Anti Cheat not Good Anti Cheat, but my doctor says I can't take that many aspirins a day anymore. (That last bit is a joke.)
no it's not fixed MiG-21MF is still unplayable on ps4 please fix it
no hull aiming it is not repaired mostly cause you server is having so many ups and downs that still does it, it is what most of the times makes it go beyblade and when aiming to close targets or moving targets
There is a bug that really annoys me. I recently bought the squad vehicle A4e early. When my A4e early gets damaged and i look at the ground, the game falls down to 8 fps, but when i look at the sky, the fps goes back to normal. I think that the bug occurs when, in particular, the tailhook gets damaged. I play at 25 fps on a 2014 macbook air with 11" screen. Please fix this bug.
