limit the spawning of the planes. planes in RB is now spamming! limit only 2 at a time or when enemy has aa, allow plane for 2 for each aa
The tasks for this are severely leaning towards russia there are not to many vehicles in other nations with a 35mm+ cannon for aircraft and for tanks some nations have none unless this includes atgms please consider other nations when doing this tasks
