Third season of the War Thunder Battle Pass
Season awards
Every season you get a new set of awards. See the full list in the Battle Pass tab in the hangar, or check our wiki. Here are the award vehicles of the season 3:
Coupon for M6A2E1
An old school US heavy tank with improved frontal armour and a decent 105mm gun
Toldi IIA
A Hungarian-made light tank built after the Swedish Strv m/38, but armed with a 40mm gun.
Voroshilov light cruiser
The Hero of the Soviet Black sea fleet, a light cruiser of the Kirov class. Punchy main weapons and an improved AA battery.
Coupon for P-39Q-25
A French Premium Airacobra from the most produced series Q. A devastating 37mm gun is backed by .50 machine guns and a bomb to hit ground targets.
What’s new?
This is how the Season 4 Battle Pass store will look when you get both coupon upgrades in the “Strength Athletics” season.
Free Battle Pass
You could get free access to the next, 4th Battle Pass by completing enough stages in the current “Strength Athletics” season!
How does it work? Battle Pass rewards include “Upgrade for a vehicle coupon” - this season, for example, they appear at levels 105 and 125. These upgrades can be applied to previously received coupons for season vehicles so that they become tradable on the Market, or you can combine both improvements and get a full Battle Pass for the next season. This can be done from season to season!
Changes to Season Challenges
Regular Seasonal Challenges (available each week) now do not remain unlockable until the end of the season. You have 3 weeks to complete each challenge.
At the beginning of the season, you receive one Challenge. Every odd week, another new one will appear, and every even week - two.
At the same time, received Season Challenges (for the 21st, 40th and 60th Battle Pass level), will not be changed - they can be still completed immediately and until the season ends.

And the slippery slope proves slippy. Not happy about the vehicle "non tradable" coupon point requiring people reach lvl 105/125.... Wont be buying this 1 even though I really wanted the mutant, just cant reward that change.
Honestly, as a collector who likes to keep everything, this ability to buy the next pass early is kinda perfect for me,
Yeah honestly a bad change for everyone whether they buy it or not... having any sort of life makes level 125 impossible
Non premium units, non tradeable coupons unless power grinding, AND tighter time frames for tasks? Ehm... Thanks, but no thanks.
Secritek, it's literally said "non-tradable" right there.
SoloWing_Makarov, Where?
The first BP was fantastic; fair and enjoyable challenges that kept you playing your normal game, whether this was air, ground or sea. The second BP, wonderful rewards versus challenges that were idiotic by design (depth charge kill?!) and clearly there to frustrate, along with high requirements for dailies. And now the third BP, where we not only pay money for what is essentially a tech tree ship and what looks like far more grind than you can shake a stick at!
Simply put, you clearly don't seem to know how good you had it versus so many poorly designed BP's out there. It's obvious you are not going through these BP's yourself and instead throwing stuff at a wall to see what not only sticks, but what makes the biggest mess. We are essentially paying for an event that should be enjoyable and achievable, yet you continue to move the goal posts. It was obvious what was going to happen and you lost yourself another BP customer through idiotic tinkering.
Dailies aren't that hard - some are ridiculously easy. Depth charge kill was a challenge, but so was ATGM as I don't play ground. Depth charge made me grind naval which I now love and play about 50% of the time. ATGM made me join a squad which is now earning me free units for doing nothing. I agree that this BP is very unappealing though - premium ship might have just about swung it for me, but nevermind I'll enjoy the sun instead.
i bought and liked the first two battle passes but ill pass on this one. not a fan of limited time challenges and the rewards just arent worth it to me. HEAT-Bait tank, an "ok" plane. not even premium cruiser of wich there already is an event variant of all things? and i really do not dig muscle men in the slightest sooo more time to play a not nearly as frustrating game hm?
At this pace there will be FIVE Battle Pass events just this year. That's 5x2000=10000 GEs and pretty much non-stop grind 7 days a week... weekends, holidays and vacation be damned. Now, there are people who will pay 2500 GEs (I did first two BPs), that's 12500 GEs just for the "privilege" to grind the stupid units that ought to be in the main tree for free. Gaijin is just full of themselves.
CptBolo, This whole thing is for the players who want to grind. It is fine if you do not.
On the Toldi dev blog it was said that it would be the free vehicle this battlepass (last paragraph), but on the wiki it says it's the P-39, so which one is it???
Coupon for P-39Q is free.
Stona_WT, Then why there's misinformation in devblog about Toldi?
Uhm...something is wrong...you said the Toldi is for free but in the chart its in the paid side.
They appear to have changed it after the fact and edited the previous article.
"You can get the Hungarian 38.M Toldi IIA tank completely free by completing tasks in the new season of the War Thunder Battle Pass. The premium low-tier monster will come in handy in the initial setup of Italian armoured vehicles!" Ehem
And they just changed the devblog about the toldi.... Why did gaijin lie?
Let's see them weasel themselves out of this https://i.redd.it/3r84u27anix61.png
what is the reason to buy BattlePass for 2500 GE (16.5 euro) if the reward is so bad that in the Gaijin marketplace that it costs 11 GK (11 euro) guess I just stop playing for the next 3 months....
I need have 125 lvl to sell tanks? This is joke right
Well, I was thinking about buying this BP but now I'll just pass on that. Thanks for clearing up my mind. Cheers!
I was genuinely looking forward to the third BP too, it was inevitable that they'd screw it up but I thought it would take a few more before they cocked it up so much that I was out. Oh well.
