This is one naval vessel that deserves to be legendary in the naval battles of War Thunder. For some - hated opponent and for others a boat that has given many hours of fun with playing it.
The PG 02 — a Japanese hydrofoil equipped with only one turret, but what a turret! Six 20 mm barrels in a rotating unit are mounted in a compact turret that is controlled remotely! In fact it is a copy of the US M61 "Vulcan" - this gun literally cuts through enemy ships and is very user friendly in aiming and shooting.

Ah yes, the absolute joke of a premium that single-handedly killed low tier naval. Thanks for that. Never should've been added.
You can actually kill it by out ranging the thing quite easy and it can't do anything about it. Go around 1km to 900m, fire at it while adjusting.
Nah, S-100's were already doing that. This is just another nail in the coffin. Gaijin is showing how much of a joke their release schedule is with stagnating the release of "classes" IE the T-2, the R-60's for the MiGs, or how Germany is the only nation with a battle-cruiser at the moment. (Also Fun Fact: PG-02 only has 11 crew members; easy killing if you have awareness and can aim properly).
I play around this vehicle. If i am near it in BR I press tab to see which team has the most PG02s. If it is the other team, I quit and look for another game. IF they are even or the most are on my team, I wait a few minutes for them to fight before spawning in. Avoid matches with this boat at all costs, it isn't even remotely balanced.

Please separate PT boats from the larger, more conventional warships. PT boats aren't useful alongside them and cruiser fights on small maps end too quickly when PT boats cap everything.
And it just ruin the game experience in general. I''m patiently grinding the boat just so I could get to cruiser while this boat is around killing me left, and right. I would have jumped to World of Warship if their game mechanic wasn't such a joke. Exposing your broadside is bad omfg, that was how ship fight with each other in real life wtf.
EndFrost, it's not that hard at all to kill them, I regularly one shot them when they come anywhere in view. Just use flak shells or secondaries
All well and good publishing an article for a naval vehicle, but can you actually address and fix the problems with Naval? Napalmratte has laid out a list of issues with Naval multiple times. If those are fixed Naval might actually become a gamemode people would seriously consider playing instead of a niche thing.
This! If it is even possible, Gaijin should really consider to look into Napalm´s ideas and criticism of what is wrong in naval forces. After all both community and developer wants this game to be prosperous in long term, instead of fast cash-grabbing… right?

Ah yes, the cancer of the ocean in War Thunder low BR Naval, i played when it was first added in and i think it was at... 2.7 maybe 3.3 Battle rating when it first appeared in it's full unholy OPness. It was just pure sealclubbing heaven for those who threw money to get it, everyone else despised it with such a passion they had to move it up to 3.7 because it was ruining naval that badly, an addition that almost killed naval entirely for the rest of the community.

It can be pretty entertaining at times. The real problems are the massive balance and gameplay mechanics issues that Gaijin refuses to address.
Are you aware of Easy Anti Cheat is introducing severe lag bursts in the game????? Please fix it ASAP.
