New Chinese premium tanks available in the game!
From the 23rd of January the T-34-85 №215 and the IS-2 №402 are available for purchase using Golden Eagles in the Chinese vehicle tree.
The Chinese T-34-85 with the number 215 - one of the noticeable exhibits of the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution in Beijing. During the Korean War the crew of this tank destroyed 6 enemy tanks, including two US “Pershing” M-26.
IS-2 №402 - one of the Chinese “IS” vehicles that participated in the Korean War. These tanks were used in the final stages of the conflict as well being used as fixed firing positions.

so let's see... there are now six t-34-85s all of which have basically the same gun, except five of them have the APCR. one of them has extra spaced armor. I mean, I guess China needs it, and it's China's fault that they didn't really make tanks... still tho
Let's be real, the chinese tech tree was only really introduced cus it had been fleshed out on their chinese server which only really even had it so the "People's Party" could show how great their were to all their citizens that they don't allow to play with the rest of us. From Gaijin's pov really there was only a bit of translation work involved in bringing the entire tree to us. There's only like 5 unique vehicles in the entire thing.
Are the T34 and IS2 only available for a short time or will they always be available?
They are not connected with dates in article.
what a con... the T34/85 doesn't come with the camo as advertised here... I think I may have to talk to trading standards
Love your coercion tactics for the Lunar New Year decal, Gaijin. Where, in the past, it has been available through any tree you now force players to develop the Cut-and-Paste Chinese tree to acquire this prize. Shame on you.
It's a pity such a creative decal can only be acquired by playing a "cut-and-paste" tree. This is doubly disappointing because past years have been open to all trees; your greed is showing, Gaijin.
Disappointed with the price of the IS-2 and T-34-85. These are the most common tanks in the game and everyone knows them already. I rarely see China in the battles because it's a copypaste tree. What you should do to attract players with a good, cheap premium. Asking 25€ for T-34-85 or 30€ for IS-2 with no extras is just a turn-off for me. Lower the prices to 17€ and 20€ each and I'll buy one. Alternatively you should give us that 30% discount if we buy these tanks within the first week or so.
Gaijin, you really should close your comments section until you do something worthy of praise. This forum is merely a complaints department.
