We invite you to take part in the naval forces Enduring Confrontation event, which will allow you to experience naval scenarios which you may already be familiar with if you’ve participated in aircraft Enduring Confrontation events.
From 13:00 GMT on the 27th of September until 07:00 GMT on the 30th of September
[Enduring Confrontation] La Manche (RB)
The event end time may be subject to change. Costs for respawning, and awards, may also be changed over the event period.
In naval Enduring Confrontation, battles will be held around ports which are involved in the key objectives of the mission. Teams will receive points for capturing and holding the ports, and also for completing other mission tasks. The team which reaches 150,000 points first wins.
- Required vehicles in setup: Fleet of BR 3.7 - 4.3
- Acceptable vehicles in setup: Fleet and aircraft of BR 1.0 - 5.7
The number of respawns is not limited and you can respawn with the same vehicle multiple times, but every respawn will cost Silver Lions depending on the repair cost of the vehicle. Aircraft fly outs require a fixed amount of available respawn points and depend on the class of the aircraft or the presence of suspended weaponry on a fighter. Respawns in ships with a BR of 4.7 and higher require respawn points depending on the BR.
Thank you for all the feedback and suggestions submitted on the last session.
Changes from the previous launch:
- The mission is available in the RB game mode. Reloading and repairing ships is available in the ports. Reloading and repairing aircraft is available only at allied airfields.
- Repair and reloading mechanics for hydroplanes and seaplanes at allied ports is under development and isn’t currently available in the missions.
- The respawn costs for fighters have been reduced. The respawn costs for bombers have been increased. Fighters with suspended weaponry have been equated to bombers in terms of cost of respawn.
- The following logic will be applied to port capture: At the beginning of the port capture by the enemy team it will lose respawn points. After this, there are two possible options available.
- If the enemy team captures the port, after a certain time the will be enemy respawn available points on it.
- If enemy team didn’t capture the port and the point remains neutral then after a specific time, respawn points for the team which owned the port last will appear.
- A bug has been fixed where capturing the enemy port did not disable the respawn for the enemy team in that port, this made capturing almost impossible.
- A bug has been fixed where after a successful capture of the port, the team that captured it has no respawn points for it or just loses respawn points after some time.
- Air respawn points for friendly and hostile convoys have been removed.
- Respawn points for players at the edges of the map have been replaced so that they won’t overlap with the respawn points of convoys.
- Convoy paths have been fixed so as to prevent abrupt ship maneuvers right at the start.
- The possibility to split port respawn points into two parts has been added for destroyers, boats and cruisers. Cruisers will respawn in the deeper areas of the port area, destroyers and boats at the very edge.
- In the Enduring Confrontation mission “La Manche” (aircraft and naval version) all the existing scenarios, such as front line, ground battles etc have been activated (except ground convoys).
- In the Enduring Confrontation mission “La Manche” (aircraft and naval version), when capturing the enemy port, the square on the map in which the port is located will be considered captured, with the front line accordingly appearing.
- The formation of the front line will now take into account the sea coast, and it will no longer be formed within the sea.
Available scenarios (click to unfold)▼
Naval convoys
- New scenario for Enduring Confrontation: naval convoys. On the map border, naval convoys will appear which will move towards the sea ports of their respective team. Whilst the convoy is active, the allied team has additional respawn points close to it. The enemy team will also have respawn points at a distance from the convoy. The number of ships in the convoy depends on the number of players in the game session and on the port size where the convoy is attempting to reach.
Port attack
- New scenario for Enduring Confrontation: port attack. Each team will have 3 ports at the start of the mission. Each port has several AI ships which will defend the base. Each port is immediately available for players to capture and there are no additional tasks for capturing the ports. If the convoy from the “naval convoy” scenario reaches its port it is very likely that the AI ships from this port will attack one of the enemy ports and the players will receive additional points for helping them to capture enemy port.
Naval bombers
- In case there is an active naval convoy on the map the enemy team may have a bomber which will attack and destroy the convoy. The entire logic of the scenario is working in the same way as for ordinary bombers attacking ground bases, but now their targets are convoy ships.

I think two things need to be changed. First Aircraft spawn costs need to be lowered so it becomes a more integral part of the confrontation. Second, it lasts too long. The goal should be 1 hour matches. Not three hour matches
When you will finally make this for SB? For example implement ships into existing SB EC maps like Midway, Okinawa, Saipan, Sicily, Malta...
One step at a time.
Right now we dont have ships in SB. At the moment, we are developing this with AB/RB. In the future, we will see whats possible!
Air Rb EC plz, ty ;)
I would prefer AB, because I find the Aiming variant at the RB exhausting. However, it would be the best if there were both to choose the mode. And for destroyers this map is a little bit to big, soo made for this map the minimum Br 5.0-5.3 and 5.7 ships cost something like 500 points. Than you have a mode for cruiser player and for destroyer players. And for AB made the reload for torpedo only avialble at base.
i really like this, though my issue is the spawn points for ec, i dont wanna sit there and grind out sp with my fletcher to get my atlanta, the atlanta is basically the only ship i even care to really play..so i have to work at it to get a ship that cant compete with other cruisers, which is fine except for the fact that it has been put up against cruisers that beat it in every way from firepower to armor, it really should be treated more like a destroyer..as far as the naval ec goes, its good..
Good to see EC back for naval! But a better comparison with Arcade mode was to use the same map..
I think those PS4 need fixed about "Processing operation" on Enduring Confrontation issue bug that was last saipan same again
just a suggestion for it, dont make us have to attack bombers when we cant even afford any planes, it kinda killed the game for us because we couldnt spawn any because it was within the first 5 minutes of the matchy
Still waiting for my match of AB Naval EC to end so I get my rewards for 2 hours of gameplay, but nope. No response on my bug post that a mod asked me to place in a specific section. Wowie look at that incentive to test it out!
Still waiting for the 2 hour AB Naval EC match I was in on September 21st where I got 36 kills in a premium destroyer to end so I actually receive the listed RP/SL gains. I've put a report on the forums days ago, but it is still "Pending Approval". Would be great to get an update on that, since that issue is really dissuading me from helping test out RB Naval EC.
