Dear players!
The event, which we started for the 1st of April has come to an end, but our work on War Thunder continues.
We thank you for your feedback, it was very nice to read them!
This testing was successful in the first place because many of the mechanics in War Thunder have already been implemented before: X-Ray view, ATGMs, different types of shells, their distribution in the vehicle etc. War Thunder was ready for modern vehicles. New mechanics, which were implemented specially for the event will be tested for main game modes in War Thunder.
Implementation of such a mission was only possible with support, which you give us every day. Thanks to all the hundreds and thousands of people that helped us to test IXth rank. It was an absolute record among all of our 1st of April events by the number of players alone.
See you on the battlefield!
The War Thunder Team

That was my first april fools event....AND I LOVED IT :D
If Gaijin planning to make a move on the AW crowd, it has to be weithin the next 6 months, guys. Please take te opportunity, you are my favourite developers! Just putting this out there.
Also, Leopard is da bae.
It was very fun indeed, thank you for the great time. So will the vehicles ever be implemented in War Thunder or branch out to a new game?
Can we not keep the T-90A for balance reasons? ;-)
Revolutionary! I've been playing war thunder for almost 4 years now. I remember when they're was only 1 jet bomber and 1 SPAA vehicle, I also remember the days of there only being 2 nations for ground combat. I've been through alot of feats of triumph, and plunders with Gaijin and WT in itself. My point is, now that mostly everything that was intended for the game has been implemented. Everything else that is to come is just improvement. Creating a better more immersive gaming experience. TY o7
Helicopter manoeuvrability should be improved a lot if you're going to keep them, but the tanks were just awesome.
Loved it ! Well done, Gaijin !
Keep on keeping on and I'll keep on emptying my wallet. Great job
Thank you Gaijin and your developers for letting us try ourselfs is modern combat. It was a totaly different (cooler :D) experience. Though I would have loved to try out the Abrams as well.
How are armour / ammo / handling values etc. going to be derived for all (modern) vehicle types as many, if not all, are classified
Although I get the economics side of things, it being a f2p game and whatnot. Please address the module RP for higher tier vehicles (tanks especially) as spending two weeks unlocking parts sucks
