Pilots and tankers!
Today we present to you, a very unique task involving the control over a strategic point. For this task, the battle will unfold at Mozdok, or more precisely in a particularly small area of it: the central road. Whichever team controls it will be able to ensure the speedy delivery of supplies to their own side, but the battle promises to be unusual, with each side controlling entirely different types of forces, one side in the air and the other on the ground.
From October the 21th 12:00 GMT to October the 24th 07:00 GMT
Take part in “The Road for the Brave” AB-Event by defending strategic points in
ground force vehicles, or attacking in air force vehicles to seize control!
Event Goals
The team in control of aircraft must capture a road initially belonging to the ground force team, and in turn, they must defend the road against capture for 15 minutes.
The road can be captured by making a short run along it with an aircraft’s landing gear making contact with the ground, similar to the Airfield capture in Arcade domination aircraft battles.
- Victory is awarded to the pilots after 5 successful captures of the road.
- Victory is awarded to the tankers if the road is successfully defended for 15 minutes.
Both sides will use rank one vehicles. Command has been unable to provide any anti-aircraft guns to the tankers’ side.
Event Characteristics
- Mission length is limited to 15 minutes.
- The event will be available in Arcade Battle mode.
- Unlimited respawns for both sides.
- The aircraft team’s points constantly decrease and run out at the 15 minute mark.
- The ground forces team loses 20% of their points after each road capture (5 captures are required in total).

Ouiche, Preferably an event for War Thunder's Birthday
The Po being the only bomber, being slow and being put WAY far away means very few are interested in bombing. And the i-16 is so fast, I am landing 5 times and ending the match in less than 3 minutes...before the Po can get to the airfield. So, this match is very unbalanced.
Can you use UTC instead of GMT please? It's quite better (since GMT can be +1 sometimes because of day-light saving) UTC doesn't change. Anyway, funny event. No gift, right? I like this, we can focus on fun instead of the gift :)

These events should include be a feedback button so that players can report issues that need fixing or send suggestions to improve the event. For this event one improvement would be to not allow planes to repair on the ground since after repair you spawn in a location where its easy to taxi a few yards forward and cap again which makes games finish too quickly.

You know what will make this event better? a reward plane, warthunder have a crazy amount of hidden planes and a lot of people love to have them even silly ones like the po-2 or Ki-10-II C or P-26A-34 Peashooter.
Can you guys check the top scorers for this game mode pretty sure they are exploiting the game by capturing the objective without landing in the road also getting victory points even when their team loses, i played against 2 of the and managed to win the match and the leaderboards still shows then with 100% victories
I know you're not talking about my Captain, Panzino. There was an event like this a few months ago and he placed very highly in that too because he figured out you could land NEXT to the road. He's currently in First place, as of 2:06pm Pacific Standard Time. 10/22/17
