Its armed with the classic 105 mm L7 cannon, which has proved itself on many platforms and in hundreds of thousands of War Thunder battles, known for its accuracy and high rate of fire. The R400’s ammunition consists of HEATFS, HESH, and two types of APFSDS shells, including the excellent DM33 with over 400 mm of penetration against RHA. The R400 has all the makings of a fantastic light vehicle, both in urban combat where fast reaction time and good armor penetration are crucial, and in the role of a scout-sniper thanks to its high speed and muzzle velocity.
