at the end in the art competition its written plagiarism is not allowed which is fine. But can I use my own creativity but take some references? for eg I have all the blueprint in my mind but I lack making body designs so in that case can I take reference of the body design from other artworks?

No need to do it on all three, you can select the one you use. "Source" - depends of program you use to create your artwork. It's the file you use when you create your art (for example, with all the layers).
after i reedemed the rewards do i have to claim them in game within a certain amount of time?
If you redeem, you have them on account (should pop-up when you log in to the game next time). No need to do anything else.
