what's going on several of my Chinese vehicles have suddenly increased in battle rating and no I haven't switched from realistic to arcade of the other way around when has this happened? namely the ZBD86 and PGZ09??????

What Chinese offensive? They had no involvement with the Soviet invasion of Manchuria and as far as I can tell their last offensive was in Yunnan Province and ended in January.
Well to name a couple off the top of my head there was the South China counteroffensive of 1945 in the southern provinces of Guangxi and Hunan which previously had been heavily occupied by the Japanese. Secondly there was the Chinese Expeditionary battles in Burma which resulted in the Ledo road (vital supply chain from China to India) retaken and supply restored.
