The first season of the Ranking Challenge is over — congratulations to all the participants! Over 70,000 competitors from around the world took part in aircraft and ground vehicle battles and received unique titles, sports camouflages, and other prizes. Final tournaments of the season are up next! The best of the best will challenge each other for the season champion status and will be able to receive camouflages, vehicle coupons, and Golden Eagles and will also split the $3000 prize pool! Also, to commemorate the release of La Royale major update and make watching eSports events even more pleasant, we are offering Drops for the Twitch viewers! Let’s break it down.

Rankings Challenge Leagues

As we said before, players who were placed high enough in the leaderboards will gain access to the Super Finals. We’ve expanded the number of tournaments in the Finals while dividing them by Leagues: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. So in air 1v1 and ground 2v2 battles there will be three tournaments each instead of one — meaning that even more players will be able to compete for the special awards of the season! 5v5 mixed battles tournament will be available for everyone and will start with qualifications.

All players who received access to the Grand Finals tournaments on the TSS.WARTHUNDER.COM portal will receive the “War Thunder eSports” decal, a notification in the game and a special ticket in their inventory that will unlock registration for the related tournament.

“Fire Front”: Qualifications and Grand Finals

5v5 mixed battles are one of the most spectacular eSports formats. We decided to open up qualifications for all players. Qualifications consist of the group stage and the double elimination Bo1 play-off. The best 8 teams will fight for the status of ultimate champion of the season in the Grand Finals that will be held in the double elimination Bo3 format.

Qualifications rewards

The best players in the qualifications will receive a special camouflage for the 2S3M and the Bf 109 F-4, coupons for Rankings Challenge camouflages for Spitfire XVI, Chieftain Mk.3, Wirbelwind, and T-44, memorable decals and titles, among which is “Jack of all Trades”. The combined prize pool of the qualifications is 100 100 Golden Eagles.

Grand Finals rewards

All Grand Finals participants will receive coupons for unique camouflages for Seafire F.Mk.XVII, N1K1-ja, Ikv 91, and AMX-13.

Players who earn places 1 through 3 will each receive a coupon for VK 45.01 (P) (Germany).
