Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Gaijin is just overly greedy. Vehicles should be like 5 bucks, 10 at most. It's a great game but the microtransactions for literally every part of it and the grind are just stupid. Not fun. Tbh, deserved every bad review. Problem is, the decision to "fix" this is up to the executives and they aren't going to do anything until the game is dead and they absolutely are forced to. But then it will be too late. They just gonna suck every last dollar out of it they can and retire. GG
I've been following War Thunder for a long time and have been consistently playing it since 2018. This game is unique and unlike any other, and to see it become what it has as of recent disappointed me. The economy is the first step, and hopefully after that they can fix some other issues like balancing. But I'm happy to see that they'll finally begin listening to us.
They finally lowered the repair cost in air sim then they took it away. Everyone else seems happy they changed it back though.
an idea for dealing with players who leave the match after 1 death: give premium vehicles infinite backups (for every match, the premium vehicle will have a single backup). this will also make premium vehicles more appealing.
Allow players to set the original title music instead of the new rock track. Bring back eagles wagers. Make warbond premium vehicles achievable again without having to sink 80 hrs in 1 month (a non option for those of us with jobs). Re folder some vehicles and make foldered vehicles inherently have significantly more SL gain. make crew repair skill lower a percentage of vehicle repair cost
1. Reduce maintenance costs (preferably cancelled), so that all vehicles with VIP status will not lose money as long as they attack. 2. Provide initial ammunition that is easy to use for all vehicles. Who can be hit with armor piercing shells in top tier rooms now? 3. Free maintenance and fire extinguishing 4. Reward multiple trips with Silver Lion achievement (5 cars never retreat 20000 Silver Lion) 5. In the future, it is necessary to discuss with players before making economic changes. I
Skeptical isn't the word I'd use to describe this honestly. I've seen all this before, so I personally don't believe one single bit of it yet. This will take a long time for me to say yay on it. After all, what is going to stop you from just implementing the changes that you wanted at the start six months from now? Are you really wanting to make amends, or are you just waiting until things calm down to just implement what you wanted to do? Time will tell the tale for me.
You cant be serious you have ignored ALL feedback up until the last week. How brain dead are you. I really hope you ban me, this is so stupid we beg for your changes then you completely overrun any requests the community has. Content Creators even talk shit about what you do OPENLY. you cannot be serious. how ignorant are you. I am done
The changes need to make it FUN TO PLAY. Currently, it fails on so many levels. I would like to feel like I am playing against other players not against the game itself and its quirky damage model and other distractions like offering planes but never delivering the selected plane or being killed by an invisible tank that you are looking right at and don't see.
