Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedThis is a pleasant surprise, looking forward to the June roadmap.
I do very hope that the Heli EC and heli grinding in general will improve. As others haven been saying "a step in the right direction" regarding the response and apology. But time will tell. I do hope that what will be presented on the 14th of June will be something that everybody will approve and agree on as a community.
should have started off with that stuff near the end not basicaly telling us "YoU dOnT KnOw HoW F2p GaMeS wOrK"
I find it hard to believe you. I won't accept the apology until things are address. It's not just the economy either. BR vehicle balancing, spawn camping, map design are all significant issues that need to be addressed. When I play top tier US and spawn in CAS I am already inside the range of a Pantsir's SAM fire and often die. You need to take a hard look at the issues. But we'll start with the economy and go from there. Also look at the Italian Helicopter tree it's nuts.
I've been playing for about 10 years now on and off and investing time and money into the game. The recent economy changes had me worried for the future for the game. Hopefully this statement is not just empty words and fruitful changes will come into effect.
Hope you will spend another 10 years with us :)
I am a bit skeptical of course, but i can view this a positive way of direction, keep going this way and the you'll earn the playerbase trust once again, but be warned though, i can say in the name of the playerbase that we do not like beign lied to or deceived.
Gaijin, the main problem is we already at the point we wont belive your words until you prove it otherwise, if you want to atleast easy players anger and frustration a bit, u have to at the very least tell us direction u will go in economy changes and not just wait 14 to get more angry players, i like this game and it breaks my heart how it geus down this path, we understand making games is not easy, the problem is lack of communication and understanding the basic needs of playerbase.
If we are pleased we will adjust our reviews. Just dont try anything sneaky. Again, this is supposed to be a fun *game*, we get that you at Gaijin need to make a profitable business, but other games have shown that this can be done without squeezing the players of their last cents. Happy Players buy more. You guys said it yourselves.
Admitting that you did mistakes is a good step and I sincerely hope that you hold true to your word and follow with appropriate changes. At the same time, the reaction to remove Steam from the War Thunder website due to the legitimate negative reviews is sending a opposite message in my eyes. While I understand that you dislike the method of "review bombing", it obviously was the only choice the community had left. And keep in mind, reviews can be changed. Follow through and positive will come.
Sounds like it's time for some positive feedback. Happy to see that a the voice of community was heard. Very cautiously looking to see what the final policy will be. Hope for the best, but after the last few years I hope that my fears are more than understandable. What I hope the most for is that it won't turn into another attempt of boiling a frog after an initial step in a right direction.
