Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedIt is pretty simple: It makes now sense to add new vehicles and simultaneously make it harder to research them. Especially for new players they will never feel any kind of progress or be joyous about it
I really hope we'll see repair costs, volumetric stuff and player performance-based brs fixed. This is progress for sure but I'd be cautious.
amazing. i have been a f2p that got to endtier without a single dime spent and i can tell you it is pain and i was not able to play my favourite nations. Thank you gaijin, hopefully this works out.
This is really good to hear, cant wait for the next steps. I love the game and I hope to see it become the game everyone wants it to be. Best of luck Gaijing :D
Gaijin, as much as we want to believe you, we need to see action before anything. Words dont help, and we need change fast. We expect to see action or at least community discussion within the near future. Dont expect everyone to drop their arms where they stand cause you said you would change. We want to believe you by god, but we need to see action first. We hope that this is the first step, and that the second step is talking with the community openly. Like a proper game developer.
Even though I hope for the best, a grain of salt has to be taken. Hopefully gaijin would notice how a happier playerbase is more likely to expand and thus buy premium time and vehicles out of intrest not absolute necessity.
People have been making legitimate suggestions for years and they've been ignored by you for years. No one cares what you say now out of panic and desperation. We only care about what you DO from this point forward. The angriest people are the one's who love the game the most. You seem to forget that. You have a real opportunity here to course-correct your predatory behaviour and win back the faith and enthusiasm of your player-base. Waste that opportunity at your peril. You won't get another.
Like many of the other players I really hope that this is sincere. I have sunk enough money and time into the game that I am far far beyond F2P. And with that money spent I still cant play the game and enjoy it in it's current state. I genuinely hope that you all keep your words. For the player base.... also can we get nigel back?
Nigel never disappeared. He is still in our hearts.
good to see positive reactions ty stuff
Please, we want to be able to actually talk with you guys over changes that happen with the game. We don't want the game to fail. I don't know in what way it should happen, but there needs to be actual ways for open communication between the dev team and the business side of Gaijin and Warthunder with us the players.
