Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Since everyone is commenting the current issue, I will not beat the dead horse. I wanted to say, I would like to see some new game modes for Ground and Air battles. I have played this game since 2018 and to be honest. Playing capture points is getting old. It would be nice to see new game modes kind of like enlisted where you push the enemy after you take a point. Kind of spice the game up with different modes so the vehicles we use feel unique to the situation like defending a factory.
Can you reply to this. I want to know if there is going to be new game modes in the future. It might attract more people into the game. I just want to have more of a mission in the game to fight for instead of capture and hold the points, or just fight each other to the death. I enjoy them but just want to have a different experience each game instead of the same old thing repeatedly.
_Desert_Fox_1, If you have suggestion for new game mode - jump into suggestion section, create one (be sure to follow rules) and try to "sell it" to community :)
you dont understand how happy what looks like an actual apology makes me. i am still going to hold off on celebrating until i see the changes made. but at least promises made instead of 'you just dont understand how a f2p game works' when we all do, is a big BIG step in the right direction. thank you war thunder, i might have to start recommending this game to my friends again if the game doesn't feel like a chore to play :)
Cheers!
I've been playing this game since 2013, probably 2012, I've seen a masterpiece of a game that made me spend 7000+ hours on this game and spend 600+ bucks on a free game and I was happy with it, until you guys found out. They came back completely cheap, this is a step in the right direction. I hope with all my heart that they can fix the mistakes they made as a company that for the first time they listen to their community.

Just don't over do. Chance it's good and hoped. I been happy for economy what it's now. But no all are so hardcore grinders. On my opinion tier 1-4 it's pretty ok atm. But after that some ease could do. Because even my friend weekend player has not been having any problems to 4tier. And some things in YouTube are way too agresive changes. Only thing what I don't like it's event grind it's been nearly given me burnout xD
Meanwhile, Sim people even wrote a letter that devs printed to use it for something else instead of listening us. 10 years playing this game to know that in some way or another devs will change the economy how they want.... They will use some nice words to make it look interesting but in the end it'll still be the same thing they wanted from the beginning. Anyway, maybe most people will believe it which is important to keep this game alive but for me... Change rewards in Sim and ill believe you!
What a pleasant surprise. I hope that new players will find it easier to advance and enjoy the game.
No hate, just love here. Just want WT fun and great again, I'm just tired of Rp and Sl multipliers decreases.
This better be the lowest point this game ever reached, thank you for listening!
One thing I really want to see is making the GE-RP conversion ratio cheaper. 1 GE = 45 RP just doesn't cut it anymore with how much RP there is to get through now. This is an old conversion ratio from like 2012 when the trees were much smaller. It should at least be 1 GE = 100 RP or even up to 200 RP. 420k RP costs ~9k GE, that's ~$50 just to get a top tier vehicle that is stock. I have more convertible RP than I could ever use, I'd need almost 800k GE to get rid of all 35m CRP.
