On May 14th 1948, Israel declared its independence — and then managed to defend it thanks to its armed forces. This holiday is celebrated on 5 Iyar in the Hebrew calendar, which in 2023 corresponds to April 25-26, from sunset till sunset. On this day, people decorate their houses and cars with Israeli flags and have picnics, the government gives out awards for contributions to Israeli culture, and some military bases open up to visitors.
From April 25th (12:00 GMT) until April 28th (7:00 GMT), play 3 battles using vehicles (rank III or higher, with an activity of not less than 70%) to receive the “Golden menorah” decal.
Complete the task in random battles, except for Enduring Confrontation missions and [Assault] mode. Track your progress in the hangar by clicking Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → Israel Independence Day.
You can find the decal in the “Holidays” tab in the Customisation menu.

Looks exactly like “Golden menorah” from google photos. What's wrong with it?
It doesn't say if you need to use Israeli vehicles, you do. Please clarify.
Why I didn't get the Decal? I already fulfilled the achievement condition.
Check achievement tab. If you got 3/3 simply restart game or play one more battle (no matter which nation - it will update data).
