You simply need to win 3 times with specific vehicles. There are no other requirements to follow.
I had already bought the F-5C pack before this one came out, will I get a discount considering I already own a 1/3 of it?

Just for clarification, this means 3 wins in the F-5C and 3 wins in the Leo 2A4, is this correct? I'm not seeing anything in game as far as tracking, so just curious.
Yes, 3 wins with specific vehicles in line up.
It's not very clear, if I got all the vehicles and want the skins, do I need 3 wins which each vehicle or 3 wins in total. Also I preferred the approach Gaijin used to have, just give out the skins when you had the vehicles already, after all if I'd have waited to buy them and only got them now I wouldn't need any wins for the skins....

Bought the bundle, not seeing the 2a4 skin tried playing a match and restarting, nothing. tried winning a match and restarting, nothing. i already owned the f-5 so i'm not worrying about that
If you purchase bundle and did not get the camo instantly, please wait few hours, it should appear on your account automatically. If you purchase bundle, there is no need to win 3 battles. 3 battles win is condition for separate pack owners.
do you have to win three battles in every vehicle to get the f5c camo or do you have ro win three battles in only the f5c to get the camo?
