“Shields” Decoration Collection
From February 22nd (14:00 GMT) until February 27th (7:00 GMT)
Win 5 battles using USSR vehicles (rank III or higher, with an activity of not less than 70%) to receive the “Pelta Shield” decoration.
From February 22nd until February 27th “Shields” trophy containing 3D decorations “Shield”, “Round Shield”, “Round Shield (Lion)”, “Gallic Shield”, “Pavise Shield”, and “Pelta Shield” will be available for purchase for Golden Eagles in the item shop.

Collect all six “Shields” decorations and receive the seventh decoration “Heraldic Shield”.

The Heraldic Shield should probably be mirrored so that the charge faces "to dexter", or facing to the right side of the shield's carrier. Currently, the rider is facing "to sinister", or the left side of the carrier. This is an unusual choice as in heraldry that can represent retreating. The more common "to dexter" direction corresponds with advancing, like if the shield was held on the left side of a right-handed knight, the charge would be pointing "forward".
On the other hand, if the charge is supposed to represent Saint George, then it's a more common orientation to be facing this way.
Very cool, I didn't know all this. I do think it represents St George, though, as you said in your second comment.
