I have a question: There are 2 bundle packs where i own both vehicles in it, still the store wants me to pay 25€. Why is it so?
There is an issue with helicopters purchased in-game for GE, it will be fixed soon.

No, you only get GE and premtime from the pack that you don't own yet.
