In this digest we would like to tell you about our continuing work on improvements and fixes in the game. You can find information about all updates that have been released in War Thunder on the website special section.
Optimizing respawn zones
You have asked about this improvement in the comments to one of the previous digests when you reported more frequent collisions in the respawns. Embrace the improved respawn mechanics in tank battles!
Now allies who joined a little later or were delayed in selecting a vehicle will appear slightly behind those who clicked the “Battle” button in the respawn window earlier. In this way players will be less in the way of each other.
Rested and that's enough
The earth isn't a place where an aircraft can rest in the middle of the battle. Now players whose aircraft are not in the air will not be counted as active and sessions with such players will end with their defeat by timer (which previously meant the loss of all vehicles by the team).
At the same time the waiting time to return to the battle has been increased in the aircraft RB and SB as well as in helicopter AB.
Fixed the reloading on some ground launched missiles
We are talking about the issue where even with no ammunition the turret of such vehicles like the M901, FlaRakPz 1, FlaRakRad and the Roland 1 spontaneously rotated to reload the launchers. Even when there was nothing to reload.
The bug has been fixed. But it is still recommended to take more ammo into battle and not forget to reload at captured points.
Bonus for the Xbox Live Gold subscription
Every month Xbox players with an activated Gold subscription will receive a special set: +40% RP booster for 10 battles, +75% SL booster for 10 battles and also 5 backup vehicles.
We wish you victory!
More improvements
For this digest we have prepared a large set of useful fixes and game improvements. Be sure to read the full list which we have prepared in the separate changelog - there are many interesting things.
Once again, many thanks for all your bug reports that you submitted in our bug report section on the War Thunder forums.

nice, for the spawn it will kind of help. But what about the place of spawn? it happens sometimes when you spawn on rocks, or tree or on telegraph poles, or in front of an obstacle. Also spawn on some maps are oriented in a direction, but player might want to go the other way, making a mess in the spawn area...
This is a cool patch. I like the quick point improvements for Ground RB. I also like the timers for Air RB...quite a lot.
Well, I really like that you are working on the airfield camping, and you have a solution for the "J" spam. Personally, I would have preferred if there was a softer ticket loss, but that applied to every plane within100 meters (or so) from the airfield regardless of altitude. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the 90 second mandatory delay even if the last enemy is dead - but this is better than it was, so: Yay Improvement!
Wait can you explain the change with the aircraft on the ground? Does that mean that if I'm the last survivor in my team and have to land to rearm or change my weapons, the match will be lost? Or is there at least some time I have to take off again before the tickets will start going down? Or does this only happen if I land on a random spot thats not on the airfield?
Read the full patch notes, the "all vehicles are dead" timer has been extended to 90 seconds, so plenty of time for that.
BleedingUranium@live, Really? That was a very silly way to implement it. But I guess one can just exit the batle - no suspicious crewlocks reported I hope?
Hey Gaigen I don't know what this issue is but this is recent it's happening twice now this has been new within the next half year I thought it was just an odd occasion but apparently not if you're on Xbox and you cancel the update for whatever reason whether the game is a little bit or the updates lagging it's not actually updating you everyone's 100% done which does happen quite a bit. When you cancel it it uninstalls war Thunder and all of its content if you want me to show you what I mean...

The texture degredation issue has finally been fixed!? This is amazing news! The Air RB timer rework, XBL bonus, and tank point increases are really nice to see too! :)
All of that is nice Gaijin, now PLEASE put a damn timer on the Airfield AA so every.stinkin. match. in Air RB don't end with a single dirtbag doing donuts around the airfield AA to stretch the match until the timer runs out. I'm literally sitting on footage from dozens of matches in just the past few days where win or lose it doesn't matter the last player does donuts trying to "win" by making players frustrated enough to get killed by AF AA or J out in disgust.
Go kill some ground targets, it's a perfect opportunity to farm a whole bunch of them.
Finally more score for killing lowtier aircraft in combined battles. Finally something is done to deal with AFK players in air rb. Thank you!
it wwould be nice if the resetting of the sight distance would be fixed...probably wont be fixed...but it would be cool...also frame rate on jungle and loading time on aral sea...just saying i know im whininc and complaining for nothing but it would be nice
