We are happy to inform you that in one of the future War Thunder updates a new playable nation will appear - Israel! Despite its youth, the Israeli armed forces are rightfully considered one of the most combat-ready armies in the world, and Israel's military forces are an interesting alloy of foreign vehicles with advanced domestic machines.
In the upcoming War Thunder update "Ground Breaking", two premium aircraft from the early access packs will be added to the Israeli aviation lineup. The owners of the packs will be the first to get access to the closed beta testing of the aviation tech tree of the new playable nation, that will begin in the next major update after the upcoming “Ground Breaking” update. Prior to Israeli aviation CBT, early access pack owners will be able to participate in aircraft random battles and prepare their crews!
Spitfire LF Mk IXe by Ezer Weizman
One of the most successful modifications of the legendary Spitfire in the livery of the personal aircraft of Ezer Weizman, a RAF veteran pilot, who later became the commander of the Israeli Air Force, and subsequently became the president of the nation!
In addition to the perfect maneuverability and excellent speed at low and medium altitudes, this aircraft carries 8 cm Flz.-Rakete Oerlikon rockets, unique to the game, with a shaped-charged warhead and an armor penetration value up to 300mm.
A-4E Skyhawk (Late)
A late Israeli modification of one of the best strike aircraft in the game! The aircraft features a new armament of 2х30mm DEFA guns, a parachute, and an elongated tail. The premium Skyhawk carries a large payload of various suspended weapons - bombs up to 2,000 pounds, Zuni and Mighty Mouse rockets, gun pods, and the AGM-62 Walleye guided bombs
A wonderful strike aircraft and the best choice to accelerate the research of high-ranking Israeli aviation!

Unlike all other game nations, Israeli tech tree won't start from Rank 1. We will share more details in future.
What. They didn't add a standalone South African Tech Tree but they add this??? South Africa had literally three copy paste vehicles and the rest were original south African. There could have been an entire line made up of rooikats. Still not happy? Make it commonwealth, adding Canadian, Australian and NZ vehicles (India has too many Russian vehicles that would not fit). Imagine how good and original a Commonwealth tree would be. Piz gaijin make standalone SA or commonwealth.
Sri Lanka would have a more interesting tech tree
I'd like the Taiwanese vehicles to be removed from the Chinese tech tree and made a separate researchable nation
If there can be independent Isreli tech tree, is There any chance for Polish/V4/Warsaw Pact Tree? There enouch original vechicles and indigenous modifications (aka t34-85 with heatfs) to fill entire ground and air tree. Here are some links: ps://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/490125-independent-polish-aviation-tech-tree-120-aircraft-93-indigenous-revised-10102020-26-aircraft/ https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/468447-polish-ground-forces-tech-tree/ Cheers! :)
I hope there is a super shermon
I remember sending in some info on Israel planes that showed promise and they wouldnt of been copy paste planes so maybe they took a bunch of the players suggestions on either premium or tech tree vehicles. Cant wait to see what they are brining 😆
They added Israel before they added Canada. Much disappointment is currently felt. And before I get yelled at for wanting a Canadian tree, we at least have as much native vehicles as China
I don't see why everyone is so upset. China is basically the Soviet tree, with a few modified vehicles and a lot of American ones. Israel will be similar, except they'll also get a few uniquely modified vehicles, many American and a few Soviet vehicles as well. This also opens up the possibility for people who didn't get to grind the Merkavas to finally use those tanks. All around I don't see a problem with this.
Will the premium Israeli voutour be moved to the Israeli tree?
If you already got it - nothing will change for you.
This is just to distract us from your blunders with the Wager and Backup timers. Nice job gaijin, well played.
I like that theory. Something new!
