Probably happened like with the stream drops, they planned to have a tricolor smoke but a higher up decided not to let them, it'd explain the screenshot

Decorations are even more useless then decals.
Warpig_, That's where you're wrong. Bushes, objects, or anything else to hide parts of a vehicle such as weaknesses are effective.
I must agree. I do not see me ever putting a weird L.E.P.recon on my tank, but I could see myself putting a 3D clover on one, and other decorations.
