The United States of America celebrates Independence Day on July the 4th - an important national holiday commemorating the Declaration of Independence in 1776. This day is commonly considered as the birthday of the US.
George Washington issued double rations of rum to all his soldiers to mark the anniversary of independence in 1778, and in 1781, several months before the key American victory at the Battle of Yorktown, Massachusetts became the first state to make July the 4th an official state holiday. The war for Independence finally ended officially in September of 1783.
From July the 3rd (11.00 GMT) until July the 6th (07:00 GMT)

damn, ive bought 6k GEs for nothing then, i thought there was gonna be a 4th of July sales like always. last year there was a 50% off for vehicles and talismans.
Would have been nice to see one for Canada Day.
At 12:00 AM every 4th of July, Americans morph into their true selves and begin a whole day of drinking and bad decisions, like our fore fathers decreed
Gaijin gives away something for free in a free-to-play game, and all everyone can say is 'why won't you let us spend a little less money'.
