When will sim see a fix for the gunner problem? 3rd person view has no place in sim, or gunner control has to go w/out a 1st person view. Lowering rewards doesn't fix the problem, it just discourages people from playing more. Ask yourself: why does the sim community for the game struggle so hard and lack players? Or is sim an afterthought?
First of all, where do you see third person view in sim. If you mean the commanders view , you should still be able to fire as the commander is basically instructing the other crew members what to do. Secondly, sim lacks players and is more of an afterthought because the majority of the community plays arcade and realistic, and i'm not trying to say that sim is bad, it is quite fun, but those modes have a bigger player count so it would only make sense to put in more work in those modes.
Hawkmoth36, he's talking about air not tanks, bombers get to control their gunners from 3rd person using mouse aim against everyone else who has to use joystick
Wow, ship battles still suck. Went out in a destroyer in South Kvarken map full of islands like a maze. Took forever to get anywhere. Killed one Japanese destroyer. By the time I got closer to a cap, a wonderful Japanese bomber B7A2 comes along and kills me (revenge killing) with one stupid bomb while my ai aaa was drunk. What is the point of all of this? Why not rename tank and naval battles to Bomb Thunder? The game was stolen by torpedo boats capping. Gaijin, your game ... is a sad joke
I had a 300% RP booster and someone used 10% RP for all allies. Killed 3 destroyers and damaged some others. Got something like less than 2700 for ship research and some change RP for component research. All that "moola" for a loss and 310 RP booster? Pathetic. One more thing. Got 5600 SL after ammo reload ... with around 3000 SL repair cost ... that's 2600 SL for killing 3 destroyers. smh
One more interesting thing: when I use a big booster, something like 9 out of 10 matches are LOSSES. Coincidence? I don't think so.
Hey! that's my officer STOLEGOTBANNED in the sky shark with that ACE bomb!!! Tell me that not amazing!
he says its payback for the emu war
Yeah, now sitting there and watching my destroyer get burned out for 2 minutes with a message "not enough crew" while I cannot do anything ... while my gunners are sitting on their behinds and do nothing is just plain stupid. I thought that a DEAD plane being able steer and drop bombs was a sad joke, but this new "feature" takes the cake. What's funny I just had both of these in the last game. Wow, time to find a better game that at least makes some sense. This game certainly doesn't make any.
I can shoot ... but cannot put out fires. What's next, FPE and parts upgrades for ships? *facepalm*
already me it seriously no having fun! all day long me around go 3 - 4 the same map. Some maps don't even exist. And some go 5 times in a row,
Thanks gajooble for DELETING my last couple of replies for nothing. I was sure I can count on you.
SICK & TIRED, loosing boosters I bought with GE's, entering into Siapan and getting lagged out, or disconnected, messages saying bad connection, when, there s nothing wrong with it, can play normal modes fine. Servers have issues, not the connections. I have lost to much real dollars in buying the GE's. What the F is going on. Other players also complaining of their connection in the Siapan game. After feeling good about buying a 12 month pass for half price, now regretting it.
Saipan, Siapan, whatever
