If anything this attempted damage control makes it even worse...
Only Gaijin can make a Anniversary sale a such a dumbster fire holy heck.
I never comment, but I can't resist any longer. There are players who only play aircraft, tanks, ships, helicopters exclusively. Bundling aircraft with tanks makes this a non-sale for me. I understand trying to move players to playing more of the content, but you do this by making it easier, not through a cost of real money. Why aircraft from 2+ patches ago are not on sale makes no sense to me. If you want money for your work from the community, you need to meet our requirements or we leave
Don't bother too much. They delete comments to make their site look cool :))
Like, I was expecting the packs not in bundles to all be discounted 50% as part of damage control, and the sale would still have been meh to disappointing. Choosing 7 vehicles out of a small list for discount is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while.
Seriously? What is so hard to understand, that a lot of people don't want to buy bundles that include stuff they don't want? I would've happily gotten the Sho't Kal and Type 74, but one has two takes I'd have no use for, and the other a TD and Heli I on't care about. But oh well. Better luck next time.
Horrible sale and mods are deleting critical comments... What has this game come to.
Who would have thought saving $50USD would ruin my night.
Saddest plot twist ever.
Boring... The only thing i was considering purchasing is the centurion AVRE. This sale is probably the worst so far by far. Almost every bundle includes a sub par helicopter that only serves as cannon fodder for the new hot premiums with A2A missiles or 10km proxy fuses. Tanks bundled in to inflate the price like the M26 Ariete when you also buy the tier 6 premium. Like why would anyone want that for farming? And the vote for your discount? Meh... Anyway, solid pass by me, maybe next year...
I was going to buy 2 tier 6 premiums, but I guess Gaijin doesn't want my money. Oh well.
I've been waiting for months for this sale. I couldn't even sleep last night I was so excited to get FL10 and grind French tree. I guess I should just stop getting excited for this game anymore. Lottery on whether there's a discount on what you want now? What if something I want isn't popular? Will it just never go on sale and even if I wanted it to it would never? Was the old system really losing you so much money by having a sale once a year?
