We are pleased to present you with three new locations from the upcoming War Thunder update 1.91!
Cargo port
This location is designed for Ground Forces mixed battles on short and mid engagement ranges. Harsh clashes will take place here, among the port buildings and cargo cranes. Fill this labyrinth of shipping containers with the thunder of guns and melting armor!
Palau Islands
These picturesque floating rocks topped with emerald green could be found only in Palau archipelago. The most dramatic sea battles for control over the Pacifics will take place in turquoise bays and scattered rocks of the “Palau Islands”. Full speed ahead, captains!
Japanese Port
This naval battles location was inspired by the landscapes of Japan and the Yokohama trade port. A scenic East Asian bay will be open for naval vessels and aircraft when update 1.91 goes live! See you there soon!

Looks good, lets just hope cargo port is a BIG map, because small maps are one of the biggest problems with ground forces
It said in the description that it is basically Alaska 2.0 or American Desert 2.0. A map for short to medium engagement ranges. Another bad map for high tier. We need tank maps for AB, RB and SB for rank 6 and 7, not this.
Honestly it looks like a large map from the first picture
You see it first hand Gaijin. Give these players a map they want A long range map 3 kilometers by 3 kilometers with the height being sea level to 10m above sea level max. They want long range FLAT maps so they can just spawn in shoot someone the second they spawn in. Don't listen to these people. They won't be happy no matter what map you give them. You do you Gaijin and keep making aesthetically pleasing maps! +1 Really looking forward to playing this map
and still no dutch maps for operation market garden dissapointed
intresting map designs hats off to the inviromental artist on making such a nice looking maps
Why do map devblogs no longer have map pictures? I want to see how realistic the shoreline is on Palau and how symmetrical and unrealistic the dotted little islands placed off the shore. It's hard to tell just from pictures.
paris would be nice....since its historical *couhg*
That awkward moment when the community will use your brand new map filter mechanic to filter out your brand new map... :D Yet another high tier tank map (based on the buildings/prop vehicles) that is absolutely not suited for high tier tank gameplay. We can add this map to your failure list of maps like your last lord knows how many new maps.
I think you cant dislike the new maps before the next pacth... on that why people are forced to try the out before they come with conclusions.
Fungusar_DK, *on that way (sorry about my english)
Can u make some normal maps? Don´t make next one American bullshit. And do you know what Gaijin? Tank are not fighting in cities, just in case of using masive infantry support. .... This is bullshit what are you showing to us. ... You can do it better. Until then, you will loosing ppl
For Cargo port dislike
"Cargo port": a 2010 skyline, with a 1950's airplane......
Snow topped low height volcano in ~early April (Cherry blossoms), with other trees in fall colours, in close proximity to Yokohama Trade Port. Snow should have melted by the time Cherry blossoms happen, I believe, unless that volcano is way higher than it looks (..though we can see individual trees halfway up its side so it doesn't appear to be very far away).
tizianenel, Mount Ōyama is about 40km away from Yokohama port, isn't a volcano, and is only ~1.25km in height (~500m higher than its surroundings). Mount Fuji, which is the 'snow topped volcano' that comes to mind when people think Japan, is ~80km away (by my eyeballing the distance on map). 'Inspired by', sure. Might as well be fantasy, though we'll see just how much that is the case later - cherrypicked (badumtshh) screenshots aren't enough to judge by.
