With the release of War Thunder update 1.91, you’ll be able to exclude maps and missions from your personal rotation, as well as mark them as unwanted.
The “Dislike” feature will be available to all players - if a few players from the matching queue have the same mission or location marked as unwanted, the location will be skipped, and the new location will be selected.
An “Exclude” map feature will be available to Premium account owners and guarantees complete removal for the player, of specific locations and missions in multiple gaming modes.
The number of maps and locations that can be selected will be limited for various gaming modes and depends on the overall number of available maps or missions in those specific modes.
The location preference settings work only in random battles in air, land and naval AB and RB.
We are limiting the “Exclude” feature only for Premium account owners as the excluded maps will increase the battle queuing time if all players in a queue have different maps and missions excluded. In such a situation, the matching system will try to find matches for a few players looking for specific maps instead of many players waiting for normal rotation.
We hope that the ability to choose your preferred locations will make your game more enjoyable and comfortable. The War Thunder development team, in our turn, will be able to see which locations most players like or dislike and therefore prioritise for recall, specific maps for revision or removal.
Thank you for playing War Thunder! See you in battle!

WOW! Look at all those positive comments!!! I am VERY proud of all the devs! Keep up the good work and wish u great success!!!!
Awesome, thanks for that indeed awesome change!
So you're telling me that I don't ever have to see Kursk again... Huzzah! :D
Is that the worst map for you? What do you say about Vietnam, Fulda with low tier tanks or the unholy Volokolamsk?
Harry_El_Hacha, Forgot about Volokolamsk TBH, the others I don't mind.
It's nice but still you can only ban 1 map and dislike 3... not much of a change to be honest.
1.91 is Operation H.E.A.L.T.H confirmed???
nice job so i am waiting for other chages (this da way guys)
YEAH BABY
finnaly boulogne sur mer wont terrorize air rb anymore
This is great, good job. "The War Thunder development team, in our turn, will be able to see which locations most players like or dislike and therefore prioritise for recall, specific maps for revision or removal." Hopefully this means some maps which honestly have very bad design are removed, and in turn we receive a series of updates with the priority of implementing new content in the form of multiple new maps complemented with more unique and interesting game modes.
FInally, Yes Gaijin, we actually want something like this rather then 1000 new Premiums ;), thank you for that
bye bye Broken Maps like Middle east, Poland, Italy. Hello Bigger maps i actually prefer like Fulda, Maginot and the reworked snow map i cant remember the name off xD
now i just need a new mode . . . US / UK vs RU only ( since thats balanced ) and i would be happy ^^, just pls no more overpowered Axis ( just saying Germany 6.7 )
