Win 3 battles with an activity of 60% or higher in Soviet aircraft of rank III and higher and get one of the memorable decals.
You can follow your progress by clicking on your nickname and choosing Achievements → Russian Air Force Day. After you complete the tasks you will be able to find the decals in Decals → USSR.

Could you make different decals instead of using previous years' ones? I already have 2 of the 3 decals here.
Looks like you'd get the third one this year then, that seems to be how it works. It also might mean we are unlikely to see these ones again, or they just add an extra one each year for those players like us that have the previous ones.

Next time make it possible to get it for GE please, because I want the last one, but it takes forever to get 1 win with a 60% rate because teams and because you need 3 wins and 3x 60% then.... :/
Just focus on killing ground units yourself for the wins. Getting 60% activity is easy as hell. Kill like 8 ground units and do nothing for the rest of the match and you're good. If you want to be a super cheese get 1 fast bomber in your lineup. Rush some soft targets you can kill a bunch of until you die then leave and do it again. You can probably rack up all 3 wins in under 20 minutes.
Alexsis8, No shit. But if you get the wrong decal at the end for all that effort then it isn't really worth it. I got the middle one and I hate it. I wanted to have one of the other 2 ffs

This is sad. I wanted the left or right one and got the middle one. Now I cannot get one of the other ones anymore. Nice gaijin for making this soooo sad. You cannot buy it so basically I'm stuck now with a decal I never wanted. Did another ''nice'' job again for making something horrible....
They'll probably be round again next year with an additional new one, as two of these are from previous years.

So totally just got this using germany. Played 4 games as russian but only won 2. Then swapped to germany and got a win and got the flag

Sometimes you have to log out, then log in again for newly won decals to show up.
Lucky. Can we switch decals now?
Please let us be able to get all of them by playing 3 games for 3 days with activity instead 60%..

I'm not even sure you can get more than one decal at this point. I have one decal, and I won three more matches today and didn't get anything.
