The main eSports event of War Thunder continues and we announce the start of the second season of the War Thunder League, which will get even better with your participation!
To participate in the League, reach the highest possible personal rating by playing in the tournaments at tss.warthunder.com in different modes and battle types.
- For the Grand Final — reach the necessary rating in any of the tournament modes and battle types.
- For the Finals - reach the necessary rating in the corresponding tournament mode and battle type.
- On September 10th, 2019 we will announce the exact values of ratings required to participate in the Finals of the second season.
- On September 20th, 2019 the registration for all the Finals of the second season of the War Thunder League will open. This means that you have enough time to reach the ratings needed to participate in the Finals and the Grand Final of the League!
- On October 4th, 2019 the Grand Final of the season will start in the combined Realistic Battles and 7 vs 7 format. In the Grand Final, there will be two stages - the group stage with the Swiss system bracket and play-off stage in the format of double elimination of the Thunder League for 8 teams.

- Ground 4 vs 4 tournaments in Arcade, Realistic and Simulator Battles mode;
- Combined 4 vs 4 tournament in Arcade Battles mode.

Titles for the best tournament players
The best players of the first season according to the tournament ratings leaderboard will receive these unique titles:
- “eSports Master” - players who reach 1st place in one of the tournament ratings at the end of the season will receive this unique title.
- Tank Tournaments Hero - for the first 50 places in the leaderboard of the tank Arcade and Realistic Battles mode and for the first 30 places of the tank Simulator Battles mode;
- Air Tournaments Hero - for the first 50 places in the leaderboard of the air Arcade and Realistic Battles mode and for the first 30 places of the air Simulator Battles mode;
- Combined Tournaments Hero - for the first 50 places in the leaderboard of the combined Arcade and Realistic Battles mode.
Titles Tank Tournaments Hero, Air Tournaments Hero and Combined Tournaments Hero will be available to players during the following season of the league. If a player maintains a high place in the leaderboard, the title will stay for another season, if not - it will be removed until he reaches the high place again.
Players who hold the title for 3 seasons in a row will receive this title permanently.

Soooo.... no 1v1 & 2 v 2 Air RB Finals?!
SIM Tournaments have disappeared, how do we get our ratings . .Telepathy?
Rewards are not even slightly worth it, why would anyone even bother?
Does Gaijin plan on implementing any mechanics to address the frequent issue with teammates not showing up for tournaments? Perhaps a cooldown period for players who take a spot on a team and don't show up or a viewable statistic showing participation rate?
