probably don't want to admit it that they weren't always a federation nor the soviet union still they have three Imperial Russian ships in game E.G the Frunze or (Rapid) layed down 1913 launched 1914 and the first two cruisers. still a bit strange.
Because the celebration Russian Navy Day only started on 1939, 80 years ago. That decal is misleading, it's not 80 years of Russian Navy, it's 80 years of celebrating Navy Day.
