Yesterday, during the first set of YouTube Cup tournament matches, we unexpectedly faced various, specific technical related issues. For example, the SprotenFuh team was unable to block the mode they did not want to participate in. Additionally, due to connection issues, one of the members of “Irrelevant” was not able to join.
We have also found that specific match settings were incorrect. All of these issues caused displeasure for both the participants and viewers of the tournament.
After corresponding with the teams, we have jointly decided to postpone the tournament until all potential technical issues are found. We would like to thank all of the YouTube Cup participants for their support, and wish them the best of luck in the future contests!
We would also like to apologize to both the participants and the viewers. We hope to see you again in a few weeks in the renewed YouTube Cup!

Unfortunately, there were multiple technical issues during first round of the YT cup matches. The whole goal of the YT cup was for it to be an interesting and entertaining event for the community, and it is neither fun nor productive to wrestle with technical issues instead of playing the tournament. It was much fun when it was working, and so all teams agreed that we will iron out details and re-run the whole thing in 2-8 weeks, and this time - at weekend. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was awaiting the final tomorrow and we hope to see you all on next take on the YT cup.
WHERE IS PHLYDAILY!?
he's not playing, this is not a bloggers tournament, only a waste of time
Pathetic
So, a tournament for people which have NOTHING to do with the competetive side of the game get some shit they wont deserve? isnt like they get a supply of unlimited Eagles and can just request every vehicle they want, but nope, they need their tournament because their "Special". "we watch them for free" sure, and they get everything free they want from gaijin just by asking, and they also get Money from youtube by the amount of clicks. but looks like its not enough.. kinda like spoiled brats.
meanwhile, us the WTES Communty, the actual SKILLED community dont get a tournament at all? i dunno, if some barely skilled are allowed to get such shit, why not atleast give the community which KEEPS the TSS alive, u know without em this right here would maybe not exist anymore, their own E100 Tournament? no, to much asked. back then when Thunder League was a thing were the viewers could fight in a Top 200 tournament and 200 PEOPLE!!!! got a E100.... no to much asked i guess?
Sorry but if you look at this, and then the Pro prizes.. Why not have content creators stream Pro players and offer these prizes to the WT community.
whats the point for this? meeeee
I don't want to be too neagative about it but one question: Are PSN linked players able to get the stream audience rewards? Cause in the past whenever there was a code or something PSN linked accounts were not able to redeem codes....
So the supposed tournament starts in less than 2 days, it was announced 3 days before it starts, on a monday (where most people have to work and can't watch...). Supposed rewards for stream-watchers aren't announced from what I can assume until the event starts (when it's FAR too late), nor is the system for it (dogtags, how will it work for twitch, youtube, etc...). And this is supposed to be good PR and attract people? Did nobody think this through? This entire event seems rushed. Why?
I really don't see the point of this. Also, when will squadron vehicles come? Or has that been cancelled?
I genuinely hate this community sometimes. Every single Dev Blog is full of salty people who can't be pleased. I, for one, welcome a Youtuber tournament and cannot wait to see who will come out on top.
Man I hate ignorance.
i always waiting tournament like this from WT. Hope you guys keep your good work, i always love your idea and stuff
