armor really only matter the first shot in tanks coined with good armor. If u bounce the first shot the game makes it that a 2nd bounce is less likely, all for not pissing of players with fast no armor mobile tanks like japan and whiner and cry babays. MAKE ARMOR ARMOR DAMMIT. U think i waste my 3 weeks trying yo unlock a tank that gets me killed in first long range shot a enemy takes at me.. Yeah very satisfiying to get killed after hard time i put in. GAME SUCKS now
I personally am not a real fan of high tier equipment. I joined the game for the love of the 40's era stuff. Gaigin is adding modern stuff so quickly that they will soon run out and will have to fall back onto the games roots of World War 2. Still much to add for this! Maybe- just maybe, they can go to tier 'Zero' and add (dare I say) World War 1 tanks? Trust Gaigin. Always improving the game but they cannot please everyone. And, essentially, IT'S FREE. Remember that.
The Japanese tech tree is terrible at Tier 1. It can't come close to US, Russia or Germany. Only the intro of the terrible French Tier 1 has made it playable. The pain of playing through Japanese Tier 1 was terrible. High end of Tier 3 is also unplayable. To use even 3 vehicles leaves a full point between highest and lowest BR. If your high BR tank is full point uptiered the rest of your line-up is completely worthless. More vehicles are needed but do not seem to be historically available.

30mm shots to plane fuselage, both wingtips fly off. that's some massive damage radius they have.
Type 60 ATM is worst ATGM vehicle in game... and Type 60 SPRG has very low ammo capacity at only 5 shots per cannon (and they replenish for one cannon at a time at capture points, still. They should at least alternate) while neither HESH or HEAT (not HEAT-FS) are reliable enough to get kills in one hit most of the time. You cannot really bring both ammo types along since changing ammo means having to waste one shot.
It is also impossible to bring 5 HESH for left weapon and 5 HEAT for right weapon - you can only choose to bring 6 of one and 4 of the other, and then they'll be spread 3+2 for each weapon.
I got my type 90 before it got moved to rank 7 :D. didn't want to grind out an extra ~1,200,000 rp lol.
wait, climbing japanese tansk is a thing? jk..but the tree needs some love all around...and aircraft repair cossts for japanese are a joke, i mean really guys...its insulting
