The mid tear is all that is worth having until you get the AFV. The rapid gun and missiles work on anything and get around the crappy penetration calculations. What is needed is armored tanks that are actually interesting. The HO-Ri is as close to good armor as we can get and it doesn't lead anywhere. I stopped playing WOT because it got too grinddy and I had to play tanks I hated to move forward. The Japanese tree has become the same thing.

Ho-Ri Prototype is very easy to kill, even Tiger I can kill it with one shot up in the front. You can't use it higher than 6.0, after that will you not penetrate anything and every one kill you so easy of higher level tanks.

my unit is destoyed from the front by a m3 cannon on a sherman from 1000 away.
