how do i know what tasks to get the premiums i have already completed. ???
Christmas Toys for Tankers is BROKEN. I started the day with 2 items complete and 2 in progress. I had 10 Caps and 18 "Assisted". I fought several battles in Tier 3 vehicles, got 3 Caps and about 6 Assists. The TOTALS still show 10/18. They have not gone up.
THERE IS NO TRACKING OF PROGRESS FOR X-MAS TOYS. Also, it seems, that after Pilots 1, your achievements are not even tracked in Festive Quest. Only after you complete the 3 tasks will you be notified by receiving a gift and credited for the achievement in Festive Quest. The good news is that the tasks are "rinse and repeat". It is up to you to keep track of your progress. I suggest that all of you concentrate on planes or tanks til completion and not try to do both at the same time.
AMENDUM: Apparently you can only earn one (1) achievement every two days (48 hours). Near the top of this Festive Quest "News Page" under "How to collect christmas toys" Giajin states: "They (tasks) remain the same for a specific time period but you have only 48 hours to complete a single task (tasks will be updated every 2nd day at 11:00 GMT)". Not sure as to what is meant by "a specific time period, but after completing my 2nd group of Toy Tasks, I tracked and complete another 3. No award
LarryStooge, Continuation of ADDENDUM above: Given this to be true, it seems it would be best to alternate between planes tasks and tanks tasks to maximize your awards during this event.
Fuck your mother, what shit task is it to lighting up the Christmas tree and make people pay for it? Eat shit!
when wil the store go on sale?
The Toy tasks are perfectly fine, but the Christmas light tasks are very poorly designed. 1. There is no scaling for RB and SB, so the tasks are harder depending on the mode you prefer. A nogo. 2.Lots of the tasks rely on pure luck, like the achievement tasks, the class specific kill tasks, etc. So you have to play unreasonable amounts of time to finish these tasks, if you do it at all. I really like the toy event but the light event is absolutely awful, you can do better there.
They are designed to milk the players. You get frustrated and end up buying the Christmas light task. This is so obvious, it hurts. Very low and unprofessional of greedjin.
Too many to do for a working person that doesnt play 4-5 hours every day War Thunder... very sad.
Yes, it exactly takes me 8+ hours to get both tasks done. It looks to me that gaijin fixes the games, so you play longer and you pad their stats of people online. Every task for tanks costs me 6 hours, as I cannot get 10 wins due to endless losing streaks. I got one time 12 kills, so that saved me a few hours of pain. The rest of the days are all 6+ hours for tanks while planes take cool 2 hours each. Gaijin logik ...
One of the christmas lights says "win in the mission assault for ground vehicles". I have won an assault mission but it did not count. Why?
Same here.
I just won a ground assault match, but I didn't got the star related to the task, where I can ask for help for solve the issue?
For some reason capturing airfield in AB still counts as 1 to the progress instead of 5, meaning you have to capture either 5 airfield or 5 naval zones anyways... can we get a fix or something? its really hard to capture those sometimes and yet alone get into those games.
