I very much like this event, Gaijin. Thank you and merry christmas :)
Great event. Thanks gaijin. Merry Christmas
Nice. Thank you for no furry tiger style event.
I love that once again Gaijin is making the most produced variant of an aircraft premium instead of finding a prototype that would fit better instead. Heck, could've just used the D.521 that's hidden as a British premium and it would've been great.
D.521 has already been in events. Marathons generally always have entirely new machines (exception being with S.U.M.M.E.R this year as it had the T-34E). We alreay have an MB.152 in the tree and this one is not too dissimilar.
Smin1080p, So if exceptions can be made (as you imply with the T-34E, which would still be in the USSR tree either way) why couldn't something that is in game, is French, is a prototype, and isn't available and has never been available for the French tree be used instead of making the most produced variant in the MB.150 series (which really should be researchable instead of the MB.157) a limited time event reward. Every other vehicle available this year is a prototype but the MB.152C, which makes no sense
can you pls make it to get 3kills in RB again, 4 is a lot harder to get, even if its just a single one more. Maybe lower the whole amount of kills back down to 10kills in AB. And for the love of god, pls change supporting fire to assists. Any Chance we see an task for the lover of attacker again in any of these events? Base bombing is a hell of a lot less fun, and even annoying, for some people to do.
or maybe switch the supporting fire thing completly. I know you want to promote teamplay, but make it "Teamwork" then, its easier to get and not as counterintuitiv to your games population. People dont shoot to mame and get assists, they shoot to kill. And the amount of that task in general might need a rebalancing of the number needed, more in air then in ground i think, but i am a plane guy.
adasXIII, could not agree more!
These tasks are absolutely impossible for 99% of us. Gaijin, how disconnected are you....
What?
These tasks are simple, I just got 3 out of 5 in a couple hours. Of course for some reason I haven't received the toy yet but it does says achievements obtained 3
Erm, my tasks aren't completing. I've already gotten 11 kills in 1 match in AB and 4 kills in 1 match in RB, neither counted.
So I figured out why. You have to go to achievements then click the + next to festive quest not the words "festive quests" then click on Christmas toys for tankers or pilots and it will show you a breakdown of each task instead of just saying "achievements obtained 3". I only had one achievement done but it said I had 3 when I just clicked on the words "festive Quest" and hovered over "Christmas toy for tankers 1". I forget about the + sign every event.
If any of your kills were made in a tier 2 aircraft in AB then none of them count. Every vehicle has to be tier 3. This event is not like war bonds. It is also 6 kills in RB, so that explains why you didn't get it with 4 kills.
So... it's December 25'th and we're already at 122.707 lights... Might want to add something above 300.000 lights for us to unlock :D
i cant wait to get more Russian bias in my lineup :D
Su-85A is as much bias as you can pack in a SPG :)
Nothing for Japan again? Not even returning Ki-21-I Hei?
