War Thunder: Best Sounds
Attention! Outdated news format. Content may not display correctly.
The roar of powerful aircraft engines, the howl of supercharges, the whirring of hydraulics, the hoarse hiss of pneumatics, the snappish booms of cannons and the frantic rattle of red-hot machine guns...
Do you know these sounds? Then our work was not in vain. As you probably know, we’ve recently released a massive update to air battle audio. We decided that it’s a great opportunity to speak about our favourite sounds in the game!

Wow. Gaijin actually didn't put shitty music over the video.
Dont worry they will add stupid music in the next video
The narrator is so loud I had to turn down the volume and could not hear the other sounds that well. Maybe you guys need to work on your sound presentation more and stop torturing viewers ears. This video should be titled, how narrator yells so loud over new sounds you cant tell the difference.
Listen to them in the game then, it's not supposed to be a video like you say, it's just showing off that they changed the sounds.
Where was "YOU GOT A HOLE IN YOUR LEFT WING!"
I prefer the Epic Thunder Sound Mod instead of the vanilla sound
i love the sound of the 165mm Howitzer of the AVRE
I think it's funny how it's less of a bang or roar, but instead it's just a 165mm "Bloop" of doom
I'd love to hear the sound of a 380 mm rocket from the Sturmtiger. Will we have it soon in an event as you said it could appear ?
Nothing about the wooshing of rockets from the few rocket tanks? Come on WT, step it up.
All the new SFX sound amazing. Fantastic work, Gaijin. Love it. We do still need the appropriate SFX of different machine gun and cannon shells, as well as debris and flak hitting planes, though.
great sound when the aircraft hits its max speed - great feedback for the pilot
